Sleep Number — Hotel in Aiken County

My wife and I have been discussing a sleep number bed with Bill for approximately 2 months. I would call him periodically to let him know that we were still interested but would probably be sometime in October before we would make the purchase. Finally on Monday we stopped by and talked with Bill again and decided to purchase the bed. Bill went through the entire demo again to ensure that we still wanted the same setup as we discussed 2 months ago. He also helped setup the app to control the bed once we get it. During the entire process, Bill never forced us to purchase but was helpful in recommending the type mattress. He discussed the warranty and set us up on a payment plan and delivery date. I’m just anxious to get the bed since I have not slept in a bed in three plus years. I had surgery and cannot lay flat anymore and I am anxious to try this bed and hopefully it will meet my needs....

I highly recommend. I went to sleep number initially after ordering one of those mattresses online that come in a box (not my smartest move). I wasn’t sure if I wanted a new mattress or a mattress topper. Bill was absolutely amazing and went through the whole process of finding my sleep number and showing me mattress topper options. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I appreciate. I needed to decide what I was going to do, so after a week, I decided I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new mattress. I went mattress shopping and after the first store, I was already over it and immediately went back to sleep number because the customer service there is top tier.
