We went mattress shopping last year and though we gave it a valiant effort, we came away empty handed because we got absolutely no help in making a decision. This year all we had to do was to walk inside Sleep Outfitters in the Alabaster Promenade and BOOM! We hit the jackpot! Our guiding star was Kerri and she made it so simple that even a caveman could do it! Kerri was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, and we were assured that even if we made a mistake in selection, there would be no problem that they would not work to resolve. Today we returned to the store and purchased a king sized Sealy Silver Chill. We came in and tried it over the weekend and then went to other stores to try other beds and decided to return. Kerri was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting us with our decision. She helped us also select the proper pillows for our preferred sleeping positions and other accessories, got the delivery setup for the date we wanted, and applied the appropriate discounts that were available.
