I went here last night July 6th 2024. The employee/ manager on duty had terrible customer service because I asked to use the front fitting room. she said the fitting room was closed but I know they close them at 9:30pm therefore I stated it was 9:23pm. She says she was the manager on the shift there after I was allowed access to the fitting room . Later during my visit I asked her for her name and gave her a card to write her name down however she threw it in the floor and she started insulting me in front of my two children. She insulted me with F slurs and B slurs and other disrespectful words that I do not care to repeat.. this employee has the worst attitude that I've ever experienced in an establishment. Recent loss-prevention measures taken in this store have made it unwelcoming to customers. The fitting rooms have been fenced off and replaced with free-standing fitting rooms that provide easy access for any perv with a cell phone camera to take advantage of unsuspecting customers trying on clothes. Access to the bathrooms, located by the original fitting rooms, now requires hunting down a sales associate to unlock them. Racks have been removed and those that remain have been spread out, doing little to hide the blatantly sparse selection in this store. There are several Ross-like stores in this area to shop at that are welcoming and offer more to their customers. Don't waste your time, shopping experience, or hard earned money here. ...

Horrible customer service! 😒 I really would love to know where I can file an official complaint in regards to the poor customer service provided in this place. Do people lie to get these jobs? Where I know for a fact they know that being a cashier, or sales rep, or customer service employee, requires to have some type of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! the names speak loud and clear for itself!!!!
