I had the worst experience today at this location. I placed an order online yesterday morning and never received confirmation to pick up. Normally at any store when you order online to pick up in store you receive an email stating when it's ready. I went by the store today and told the cashier I never received an email. She said they don't send emails. Ok...so how would I know when it was ready?? This was a common sense question that any employee should know at Old Navy. If not, find out the answer or inform the customer that something changed or maybe you didnt know the answer. But instead she decided to go back in forth with me in front of another customer while two other employees just stood there. I asked a simple question about the change in policy for pick up orders, to received every excuse from her on how she didn't have to work her job. The entitlement and pride to be so disrespectful into displaying poor customer service. This lady was so unprofessional, rude, confrontational and racistđĄ. I hope someone in upper management reads this, and trains their employees better. If not, I have called in a complaint with corporate, hopefully they can address this issue with this location. They take time with each person and if you can't find something, they're willing to try and find it for you. They have awesome deals, sales, and clearance prices all the time. If I can't find what I want in store or just decide to shop online, they have a fantastic sale going on there, too. Being able to bring store AND online purchases back to any store for a refund or exchange is so nice! They never complain if I'm returning a lot from online (I usually order different sizes of the same thing because I'm 5'1" and 135lbs, so fittings vary greatly), so I try to organize the right shipping bag (that's your receipt) with the corresponding items to make it go faster for the cashier, customers in line, and me! No announcements had been or anything and we had just asked another employee a question about a sale item and she didnât mention that they were closing.
