Avoid this place. They are very over priced and, more important, don’t value their customers. You can find much better deals on devices, coils and juice online with businesses that value their customers.

I’ve been buying coils from this place for about a year now. When I originally reached out to them they didn’t have what I needed but Sam, who has been very helpful, said he would have them for me in a few days and would continue to carry them. I’ve been exclusively buying my coils here for about a year. They charge $19.99 for a pack of 5 coils.

Today I called ahead and spoke to Simon, who told me they had the coils in stock. I asked him to hold a pack of 5 for me. He agreed.

When I arrived Simon told me they only had 2 coils left and tried to charge $5.99 per coil. I pointed out that, since they didn’t have what I needed after telling me they had the product in stock, they should only be charging me $3.99, the price per coil if I was to buy a pack of 5. I shouldn't have to pay 50% more because they didn't have it in stock. Simon proceeded to tell me that that was their cost and he couldn’t lower the price, which is obviously not true if they are selling packs of 5 for $19.99 and taking individual coils out of these packs of 5.

He then told me that he was “DOING ME A FAVOR”! This really set me off.

DOING ME A FAVOR? I’ve been patronizing their business for over a year. I have sent friends to their business. I drive 15 minutes to get to their business, and they are doing ME a favor? Ridiculous!!!

Needless to say, I left without purchasing the coils. The good news is that I found a website that sells the same coils for half the price, for a pack of 5. Don’t do business with these crooks! Go to Element Vape, Vapor Beast, Liquid Barn, or E Juice Vapor. They'll...

Today i was shown what it is to be considered family by the 2 borthers whom own and ooerate this establishment! I was very recently in a very bad car accident making it extremely diffocult for me to move as of right now without an immense amount of pain. I initially called in to ask if they engaged in postmates or doordash of some sorts so thst i could purchase a mod as the one i orginally had was ruined in the crash. If you're a vape head lile me then you know the mental strains of an accident and confinement will drove you mad without a vape available! They informed me that they did not use those services and i figured i would continue my quest on postmates. A few moments later one of the brothers called me back and asked if i was already a regular customer and i assured him that i was as i have just recently moved to the neighorhood. He made it possible that i could purchase my vape and have it delivered considering the extreme circumstances and wished me a healthy and speedy recovery. This type of above and beyond service is not that of your typical run of the mill establishment,of any sort! This evening when they handed me my mod as i limped downstairs to recieve it it gave me a powerful and much needed glimpse into the good that still resides in humanity across the world and how a little empathy and consideration can make someone's day necause it just made mine. From here on oit i will only get my vapes/mods from Super Vape....because they actually care and actually deserve the money and support. Sincerest Thanks and...

Go here! Don't bother going anywhere else. They have anything you could need, no matter how many others dont. They also helped me with 2 minutes till closing up shop, PATIENTLY!

They may not be the cheapest in town, but unless you like spending your time and gas and mental effort hunting down and calling people for quality e-juice in the concentration you need only to have to drive elsewhere for coils or pods or whatever, then understand that this "premium price" is just a misunderstanding of what it takes to run a reliable and unmatched business. Even given this misunderstanding, the prices are not much more than anywhere else. Give these guys your business and do the vaping community a favor; not many places like this remain in business. Give them your support because they work very hard to earn and deserve it.

...I mean unless you enjoy buying disposables because you have no other options that stock your setup...then go ahead and say their prices are a few dollars more than you want to pay for the one thing nobody else has anyway.

This place always goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you came for....
