Hate to say it because I really love Chopt as a restaurant but this specific location I visit quite often & unfortunately the quality of the staff & wraps have gone downhill. I hate to be that person, but I’d say 80% + of the staff I come in contact with (I visit on a weekly basis both for curbside and just regular in-store visits) are down right awful, rude, don’t follow simple directions, on their phones, chatting with their coworkers instead of working, etc. :/ the wraps are very poorly wrapped most of the time as well, I am often on the go & I’ve learned from experience to not even attempt to eat these wraps while driving because they are a mess, not wrapped neatly, and everything falls out everywhere & is not chopped well if at all, which is seems like it would be since ya know the name is “Chopt”. I even specifically ask for it to be chopped well now because now most of the time the panko chicken is honestly like kinda gross and hard if it’s not super chopped up, but most of the time they ignore that request if I'm not physically in front of them watching them make it anyways 🤷🏼♀️. Read moreI loved every bite of my salads, although I wish they had iceberg lettuce. I ordered a salad, and even though it came with it, and I said I wanted everything it came with, I was appalled when the employee dared add one of the toppings I said I wanted. He very kindly made me a new salad. I asked for medium dressing, and I thought he squirted way too much, so I had him add some more romaine. After he was done mixing, I asked for an extra scoop of chicken, which to my surprise was not free. How dare they charge me for extra of an expensive ingredient. Speaking of prices, I was surprised at how expensive my salad was when I got to the register, why should I look at the prices very clearly listed on the menu before ordering, or listen when told extra things aren’t free?! After my order, I stole a drink of tea with the one of the free water cups, which the rude manager dared point out and throw away. The dressing that was labeled as being spicy, and that I had an opportunity to try before adding it to my salad was too spicy, so I berated the first teenaged employee I could find. Once my power trip was over, the employees remade my salad with a less offensive dressing I still refused to try beforehand. 10/10...

There was one customer at the counter, being helped. After a few minutes, a young lady asked if she could help us. She was not pleasant; rude. She took our orders and additional questions, to get our orders correct, were seemingly painful for her. She seemed miserable. We even asked her how she was doing; how was her day going and we are still not sure that she answered. In her haste, she accidentally put cheese on my salad instead of my husbands. We assured her that it was not a big deal as she tried to remove the cheese from my salad and angrily wiped the excess cheese on the floor. The expression on the faces of her co-workers was of disbelief as well.
Maybe this employee was just having a bad day…well, I’m sorry, leave it at the door.
All customers who walk through the doors at Chopt, should feel valued starting with a greeting and a smile…for no other reason than they CHOSE your establishment to spend their money. The salads were good.
