Good mix of retail and restaurants, and with multiple entrances and exits, it's much easier to get in and out of than your typical shopping centers these days. They just spent a lot of time giving all the storefronts a face lift and I have to say I'm not impressed. I really don't find the retro-70s fonts and storefront look that seems to be the thing right now very visually appealing, and various areas of the parking lot at Riva have been closed for long periods of time to accommodate construction equipment. If I was a business owner in here, I would be upset that this seemingly unnecessary face lift caused loss of business because it was so difficult to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLots of stores like Giant, Michael's, a barber, liquor store, Franklin Toys (*), lots of fast places to eat including Panera and a MOD Pizza. With the last redesign, the parking spaces are small even for our Subaru. Also, whoever laid out the access to Panera from the adjacent parking areas should never work in design again. No sidewalks, no cross walks, island barriers at a T intersection for one of the main parking accesses. It's down right dangerous. (And yet we are there all the time.) Nice outdoor plaza. Lots of shopping. Convenient local access to the property but the Town Center across the street has increased traffic...

There does seem to be some moderate turnover with the smaller shops but the larger stores (Giant, Michael's, TJ Maxx) have been mainstays for quite some time, if not since the opening of the shopping center. My girlfriend and I do frequent several of the stores in here.
The new facelift to the shopping center was long overdue, though some of the design aesthetic seems inconsistent and disjointed to me. Had they stuck with just one or two of the design elements throughout, I think it would've...
