My family and I shop this location frequently , normally it is a very pleasant experience with tons to shop from and friendly staff, until today. Please make sure to mention you have your receipt 1000 time when calling to verify the store can remove a security tag an employee forgot to remove. I called in today just to verify I wouldn’t have an issue returning to the store with my receipt to have a security tag removed and when Derrick , Doug , Dewayne ( can’t remember is exact name ) answered and I explained myself, he drills me what felt like 1000 times repeating himself to make sure I had my receipt after I clearly made it known I had my receipt as to he was insinuating my item may have been stolen.
