Five Below — Local services in Apopka

What a bad experience in this store. The manager acted so immature that I couldnt even discuss the issues. He also refused to give me any contact info for someone else i could reach out to. They have a huge "self checkout" area but then you cant check out yourself. You have to stand beside an employee super awkwardly while they scan your items. But the worst part of this location was the other shoppers!!! A selfish shopped rushed past my child and hit her in the head, then pretended not to speak english. A large group pushed past us in line and went in front of us,then we had to wait so long while they had 3 separate purchases. A woman from that group then tried to start a fight with me, she threatened to call cops (but absolutely nothing had happened other than her family cutting us off) the employees did nothing to stop this mayhem and it felt very unsafe. Highly suggest not shopping at 5 below, but if you have to at least do NOT visit this location. Bad management, bad...

We called the manager Josh today about getting our ears pierced and he said yes we could. We showed up and he rolled his eyes and cussed under his breath and said we couldn’t get it done. I said “we just called!” he said “who did you speak to?” We said we didn’t know their name. He said “Yeah it was me I said we DO ear piercings. Not that you could get them done today.” I said “okay when can we get them done?” He said “Our piercer isn’t here.” I said “Well when is your piercer available for an appointment?” He then sighed and pulled out his phone to check and said they’re available in a week. I’m confused as to why he didn’t explain that appointments were needed in order to get our ears pierced. He was rude and acted like we were bothering him. We have bought several kinds of items from here that broke after a few uses or came with issues right out of the box. Headphones had static noise once on and even while media was playing. 3 different kinds of inflatables had holes. Voice changer had static noise constantly. Light up words only lasted a few days. Stitching came out of clothes. Wire rack came out of box bent. Not to mention, many items can be bought at Walmart cheaper. Five Below will not be stealing any more...
