I recently had an underwhelming experience at Chipotle, which unfortunately leads me to give it a two-star rating. Despite placing a mobile order, I was disappointed to find that the staff seemed oblivious to customers waiting to pick up their orders, including myself.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I expected a smooth and convenient process to retrieve my pre-ordered food. However, it was quite the opposite. The staff appeared preoccupied and disengaged, making no effort to acknowledge or assist customers who had already placed their orders. I had to proactively approach them and specifically ask for my mobile order, which was a bit frustrating.
In addition to the lack of attention from the staff, the overall atmosphere inside the restaurant felt rushed and chaotic. The long lines at the order counter and the seemingly disorganized preparation of food further added to my disappointment.
While I understand that fast-food establishments can get busy, it's essential for the staff to prioritize customers who have already placed their orders, especially those using the mobile ordering feature, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
On a positive note, the food quality at Chipotle has generally been satisfactory, and my order was no exception. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, which salvaged some aspects of the dining experience.
However, the issue with the lack of attention and organization from the staff overshadowed the enjoyment of the meal. I hope Chipotle addresses this issue and improves their customer service, as it plays a significant role in shaping the overall impression of the restaurant. Until then, I'll think twice before considering another visit to this particular...

I couldn't believe the garbage this (person) was spitting out As i ignored the first ghetto comment, I repeatedly asked for white rice and pinto beans for her to disregard my order and obnoxiously ask two more irealavent questions. With her manager kekeing even chuckling with her. I still disregarded everything they both intintualy did to lose out on my purchase. I continued my order. Also I didn't realize both the manager and her didnt even put beans on my 3 plates but still got charged as i did. As I get to the register to make my payment. I Added 5 small tortillas to my order, paid my bill and smiled. She threw them down the countertop, stating( I need to make it myself). Mind you her manager is there beside her the whole time. I wouldn't recommend decent people to eat there in the night shift. If this is your thing go ahead pull out your camera because they both Trying to make apopka Chipotle into the next waffle house.

Read moreSo just a few minutes ago my brother and i went to chipotle we got in at around 9:45pm a gentleman walks in about 2 minutes after us. The girl at register stats walking toward us and goes to the gentleman behind us to tell him they are closed (its still not 10p.m) he was lost at the fact that they were asking him to leave when he came in with plenty of time to get his food prepared. The manager and cashier were very immature and i have no idea how the manager got a management position when she was so immature and had no customer service at all. She purposely walked away from the food area when the man came up to order his food. Cashier and manager were whispering right before we came up so im sure they had planned out making him get up there and not serving him. I have worked in restaurants most of my life and i have never ever in my life experienced anything like that. Especially a restaurant that is still in its hours operations with customers walking in and out and refusing someone their service. The manager spent more time yelling and arguing with the man than it would've taken her to make his food. Its chipotle its not like she had to cook the food from scratch.
Pick better people with more experience for a management position chipotle the one you had tonight acted worst than my toddler. All to prove her point and to give the man a hard time.
And yes the...
