I’ve been shopping at the Apopka location for many years, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Read moreDISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE wish I could give this store no stars. First of all, the clothes has more quality than the staff you people chosen to work at this store. Do you people train your staff to argue with the customers? Parris, for instance VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. It surprises me because if you go to any of the surrounding Ross stores it's different. They make you want to spend your money. Well, thank God I dislike the things I bought and now I have to take them bk. Lourdine, is another staff that was very rude, really couldn't count and spoke some things in creole. I believe when customers are spending their money and there is a problem NO STAFF should argue back and forth with customers, just call the store Manager. Furthermore they're too young and untrained. That particular Ross don't need my money anymore. I WILL NEVER GO BACK...

You can buy six bars of soap from Ross's innocent and they'll Outlast eight bars of the stuff you get at Walmart because there's so much bigger and smells so much better. I always get the gardenia set the rose sent and the sandalwood sent when I...
