Hi peeps. First off, I'm truly blessed, planned up, so my worst experiences are beyond so many, still suffering will ever have as a best. Let's never forget to be grateful we can even gaf about a rating if we ate more than air. Starvation is visiting millions of kids. Bum you out? I'm okay with that.

Service here on their soft opening was stellar as expected. The atmosphere? Music was soothing. I need all mornings to start this grooved up.

8 oz Ribeye Steak, 2 eggs, southwest homefries, Texas toast for a Dubski? $20? Unheard of. Way underpriced. I get helping out your community, and yes, it's a tough economy, but this was still not commensurate with similar businesses price points. Should be $24. Okay it wasn't, I added it to the tip.

Stephanie, my awesome server was ever present, but not intrusive. Always in motion incase. Super smile, knew the menu and made great suggestions.

So the food. Steak could have used less salt, and a crusty sear. Temp was spot on medium as ordered. That in itself was incredible on a 8 oz steak.

Potatoes needed to be fries, crisp, also less salt. Someone was way into salt. Use more reliance on the herbs and aromatics like onions, peppers, garlic and way less sodium. Still, no condiments were needed. They brought flavors enough.

Eggs were a perfect, delicious hard fry. Problem was, I ordered over medium. I like both ways, but loooove a buttery, runny yolk with my toast. They'll get it next time.

Coffee was rich and robust. Perfect fall weather sippin coffee. Tasted freshly brewed, not old grounds. Truly just needed a lounge chair outside, that coffee, and a good book. Transcendant java in a simple cup.

All in all, this was soft open jitters to work out. I'll def be back for the frenchtoast, then again, for the red velvet waffle with wings. Yes, red velvet waffles.

Preachy Warning leave now. SNAP benefits aren't going out in Nov. This means children already at risk, will be facing worse hardships. Some of us are bangin out our lives on a whole different level. We are crushing it, while others are being crushed. If you're still reading, it's us. We're killin this thang called life and give to charitable orgs already, but let's be real, a part of the legacy is to uplift others, not just "our own." Time to be heroic. Winters coming. No kid should go hungry. Hit your county foodbank with your best.

Take care everyone. Peace and...

We recently had the pleasure of being served by Dejah during our visit, and we felt compelled to write a review specifically praising her truly exceptional customer service.

From the moment she greeted our table, Dejah possessed the most upbeat and genuinely positive attitude. Her energy was infectious and instantly made us feel welcome. She was remarkably attentive throughout the entire meal, managing to anticipate our needs (like refilling drinks or clearing plates) without ever hovering or interrupting our conversation. It was seamless service at its best.

What truly set her apart was her knowledge of the menu. She guided us when we were deciding between the red velvet waffle and the lemon pepper wings, offering confident, helpful suggestions that highlighted the restaurant's best. She was also incredibly accommodating, especially when we ordered the delicious fried catfish, greens, and mac and cheese To-Go, ensuring every dish was perfect and answering all our questions about pairings including the perfectly bubbly mimosa.

Dejah is a fantastic asset to your team. She elevates the dining experience, we highly recommend seeking her out on...

All I can say is WOW, another great job Brother Booker, we (My wife, baby Sister and I) meet your daughter today, what a great spirit, We came to support your new location, My Sister said she can't wait for the pics to go up, she gonna place our family photo on the wall near the booth we like, As always your wait staff had five start dress and communication, Lexi was great. They anticipated our needs and executed well. I had the Cheese omelette and with a side of Sausage and it was great, my wife had those amazing 🥞 pancakes and 🪽 wings, Liz my sister had the Steak and 🥚 eggs with cheese, all cooked to out liking, the pancakes are so big but fluffy and not much syrup needed to sweeten. I had the lemonade and my sister had a mimosa. The floors, and windows are always spotless on all my visits. The decor is classic Breakfast Brothers. The dress code never seems to amaze me, and whoever interviewed and trains your servers needs a raise they are spot on with the picks. I wish you continued success in all The Most High Blesses you with good Sir.
