I would never recommend the Mattress Firm their service is horrible from beginning to end! My elderly mother went in to buy a mattress and the sales woman up sold her a very expensive bed. Their prices are very high. Although Mom told the sales woman that the house has a narrow stairway they shipped her a box spring bed that would not fit up the stairs. When she called the store to explain that the box spring did not fit up the stairs, they told her that to get a split box spring for that type it would take a month. Mom chose a different style bed that did not have all the options of the first bed she chose. They could get to her in a couple days. They told her that the bed would arrive AFTER 4 o'clock. The delivery men showed up at 2 o' clock. She was not here to take delivery at 2 o'clock. The delivery men showed up again in a couple days. When my mother originally purchased the bed she paid for pickup and disposal of the old mattress and box springs, however the delivery truck was to full and too small. The delivery man chose to put the mattress and the box springs on the front porch. The told my mom they would be back to pick them up. Nine days later they remain one the front porch. I LOVE MY (Beautyrest Black Hybrid) BED! Scott and Josh explained how this mattress has Individually Pocketed Coils (unlike traditional beds where the coils are all connected) so the bed can better conform to my body. My aching shoulders really like this feature and my husband can sleep a full night without waking up to a back ache. We both notice a more restful sleep. Scout and Josh also explained how the combination of coils and foam layers, making it a hybrid, makes this such a superior bed. One of the layers is Air Cool Foam which is a great cooling feature. We layed on 12 different beds, trying all the different pillows they sell while Scott and Josh told us the features of each bed. We never felt rushed. We did suggest they turn the lights down "people are trying to sleep!" With all this knowledge that Scott and Josh taught us, we felt that we really understood what features we wanted in our new bed. It made making this important decision easier. I also bought a 5 sided breathable, waterproof, allergy mattress protector and new cooling pillow. I'm very happy with both off these also. Wish I could give zero stars. Went and bought a mattress a week ago. our sales person Jay was really nice and gave us deals. Well apparently after you buy from them the customer service is gone. We did not like our mattress so I called to ask about the process to exchange it for a different mattress. I was then told by Jay that I signed a paper that I couldnt exchange the mattress since it was an outlet mattress. I asked for a copy of that paper and was told he just told us and we didnt sign anything. I told him that I do no remember him discussing that with us. He then laughed at me and told me his manager would get back to me when she could. Well its now Monday and still no call and of course she isnt in the store.
