If I could give zero stars I would because this is not the first time they have screwed up our order immensely!! They've messed it up twice before and this time I called about it and spoke to a shift lead or assistant manager Porsche who asked me to bring back the order and she would show her crew what was made wrong. When I stated how far away we live and that the other food would get cold while traveling back and forth she said I'm replacing the entire order. I said this is a $45 order you're going to replace and she said yes I have your receipt right here. I stated you want me to ask my daughter to stop eating what she is eating and bring that back as well and she said no let her go ahead and eat she's eating but I will replace the entire order. I gathered up everything put it on the bag and had my fiance take it back. When he got back home from getting the order replaced he stated they did not replace the tacos or the cheeseburgers they just set them aside and then re put them in the bag, which means now we have cold hard tacos and mushy cheeseburgers. I called back to talk to the manager once again who was very rude and did not have time to talk to me just told me to call tomorrow and talk tell her manager. How hard is it to make food the way the customer orders it. Isn't that what Burger King Prides itself on question mark apparently not this...

I ordered a specific item, but after paying I was told they did not have it available and asked if I wanted something else. I said no can I get a refund. The young man who was waiting on me said yes, I'll get the manager. When the manager came out, the young man said she needs a refund. The manager looks at me and says "Why". I explained they didn't have what I ordered. She just walked away and went to do something at the drive-thru. I waited and she eventually came back over and stood with her back to me. I then said "Are you going to do this before my food gets cold?" She then took the 15 seconds it took to give me my money back. If management treats customers like this, how do you expect your young staff to model good...
Read moreLocated in front of an abandoned mall, i couldn’t help but notice the giant sign in their front window that advertised a whopper jr, drink, nuggets and fries deal for $5 I pulled into the drive through and ordered it and the lady acted confused at first then said they don’t have that deal any more . I only had $5. So I had to order food with no drink and nearly choke. They are a privately owned franchisee and they follow their own rules there . The lie and tell customers that deal is no longer available but they have to have the sign in the front advising incase the district manager visits . The owner said that deal doesn’t make enough profit and instructed employees not to sell it . More must be done to eliminate non performing franchisees from Burger King . They really are a drag...
