I'll start by saying the positive first the waitresses are very nice and provide great service the food is alright I've had better but thats beyond the point for this review. Today I had to witness something that happened to the people across our table. A simple situation and the young girl "Manager" that for what I heard claims to be the "owner " I have to say was very unprofessional, and her sassy disrespectful approach toward that other customer. Wow, just wow! This young lady has a lot to learn to become savvy in this type of business. She has no idea what she is doing and how to deal with situations that are very common in the restaurants bussines. I saw how a client politely explained and allergy situation to the waitress. The waitress went for advice I guess to the "manager" the custumer I guessed requested to speack to management and this girl approached was just not fit for her job. In any restaurant if there is a food allergy you simple prepare another plate and done that's the end of it. You don't try to charge the food twice to the costumer is not a crime nor a huge issue like she tried to make it seem! Simple problem to solve and continue with your "owners" life and keep a costumer happy. So sad that this type of people feel the need to treat the customer that pays their bills like that and for me and my husband that's all we had to witness to say, you lost us and our family as custumers also. We are bussines owners too and you young lady have a lot to learn from this business. That's how businesses go bankrupt and close their doors for bad management. Sad, sad!...

Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. The salsa is horrible it taste like the canned it came out of and you might get lucky to get one or two pieces of onion in your bowl. Your order will probably be wrong ordered a Fajita Burrito received beef (it doesn’t even offer it in beef on the menu) said something to the waitress about it she did take it back and correct it however nothing was done to the bill and that person had to watch everyone else eat. About 15 mins later was given the same plate back (dipped a chip in the sour cream so it was definitely the same plate) The rice was cold and super hard at that point, and they cheese inside wasn’t even melted. Don’t get the Pollo Con Hingis it was so salty I’m pretty sure they just rubbed it on a salt lick. Also the top of the side of lettuce looked good until you moved the top layer the whole bottom was brown. And this is the first few weeks of them being open. You would think it would be all hands on deck to make sure everything is perfect. Sadly this is not the case. So with all that said I will not spend waste money here again.

Caveat Emptor!! Our waitress was nice but didn't know anything about allot on the menu.... The corn chips tasted like the grease in their fryer was in bad need of filtering.

I ordered a steak meal. It said "comes with rice and salad". The salad was a pile of lettuce with a tomato slice and glob of cream cheese. I actually asked for French and Thousand Islands dressing. The rice was just rice. My "Ribeye steak" was about 1/4" thick max. I ordered it medium rare. It was well done in a super salty gravy.

I rarely have food bother me...but by the end of my meal...I began to have major discomfort in my stomach.

It took forever for our meal to arrive and there were hardly any guests in the restaurant. Mexican food is usually made and brought quickly....we waited quite a long time.
