Order was wrong did not know until got it home ordered a burrito bowl steak and it had no steak was just rice and beans so I called the store who told me that I could bring the food back or I could go online and get a refund explain to the clerk at the store that I was tired didn’t want to drive back and I just go online and do a refund went online to get a refund know where to get a refund so I called the store back spoke with the same person who said you know I’m really sorry I don’t know why you can’t get a refund and put me on hold I asked to speak with the manager and I was hung up on tried calling the store back several times but they refused to answer so I drove into the store spoke with a girl named Kaitlyn who was supposed to be the manager who I later realized was the person who hung up on me she gave me a phone number for supposedly her boss twice and it Was wrong so I emailed chipotle with my problem and the horrible customer service that I received I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and you are unable to get a refund if your foods...

On 11/30/23 I ordered online drive thru pickup. I ordered the Chicken Burrito Bowl. Several things were wrong with it. There was no rice not a grain existed-l ordered brown rice The black beans had not been drained at all, there was so much liquid it had penetrated the cardboard bowl and was wet on the bottom. The chicken was burnt so dry it was like eating straw, there wasn't a tender piece anywhere in the bowl it was all crispy grossness There was no Queso Blanco cheese sauce-l ordered and paid for it. The only good thing was they did get the grated cheese and sour cream on it. It was inedible, I ended up having to throw it away. There's no excuse for this much nasty. I'm a regular customer. We order at least once a week because I have health issues that make eating hard but for some reason Chipotle is one of the few foods I can tolerate, at least until this happened. The place inside was absolutely filthy, food on the floors, tables need wiped and everyone just standing around doing nothing. It was about 4 o'clock when I went in today to just get some brown rice. I was the only customer they had, and there was no brown rice, but a few spoonfuls. I asked if they could make new or had some fresh rice, the boy looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about then he said it would take a while.
