We got married at the Rosebriar this November. The space was absolutely perfect for a 45 person wedding! We had the rehearsal dinner there on Friday with 33 people, and we were able to seat everyone with the 3 farm tables they provided. We had a lot of family from out of town so having the space for 3 days was perfect to have people come and hangout. The separate carriage house as the bridal suite was an awesome space, and worked really well for my MUA. We held the ceremony indoors in the living room that is a converted chapel, and it was beautiful. It was the right size to still have space but for the ceremony to be intimate. We brought our own AV equipment and used a microphone, mostly because with all the entertaining I had lost my voice, but without the microphone the sound in the room was still excellent. While the wedding party took pictures we invited all the guests to stay for a cocktail hour and they had all the glassware to accommodate. Overall, it was everything we imagined for a small wedding. The space is beautiful and interesting, well designed and just made for the exact ambiance we were looking for. Trudy was so helpful in the planning process and answered questions promptly and gave many great referrals for other vendors in the area. Most of my guests said it was the coolest wedding they’ve been too (not sure if they just say that to everyone haha) but I think we will need to do a reunion there someday! A truly perfect weekend, 10/10!

Rosebriar mansion is extraordinary!! The vintage decor is beautiful, the art stunning & the entire renovation is amazing. The spacious rooms are very comfortable with every modern convenience available! The remodeled chapel is a lovely space for a large group to gather. The host family is extremely friendly, helpful & generous! I hope to return often!

This place is amazing and the hosts are beyond great! Our group of 6 adults and 7 kids had more than enough space to spread out and feel right at home for a coast getaway weekend. The location is exceptional; two blocks from everything in town including Fort George Brewery (dangerously good.) Unique, trendy and whimsical decor throughout. Thoughtful design and amenities make you feel right at home, just cooler and larger than your actual home. All en-suite rooms makes for total convenience when sharing with large groups or...

I stayed here with two other families over the weekend and we had an amazing time. The mansion rental easily accommodated our 6 adults and 7 young children. We had plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. The location is amazing! Easily walk to downtown, custard king, Fort George, multiple coffee shops, etc. Lastly, DJ and Trudy were fantastic hosts! Very accommodating and responded to every request in a timely manor. We will definitely go back next time we head to Astoria with a...
