Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

first i am a doordasher and when i get orders here, there is always a problem. either i drop my order because it takes 20 minutes or more, or i haven’t even been helped. but last night i wanted to give it a try for myself which was a horrible mistake on my part.i ordered for carry out and i know how long they usually take so i waited 30 minutes to go and get my food which is long for a fast food place. when i arrive the lobby was closed so i go through the drive thru. the lady who is rude from the start says they aren’t taking anymore orders. i proceed to say i have a pick up order and she cuts me off and says she is the only one at the store which was definitely not the case, there was another lady back there with her, but continues to says she won’t be making our food. she said you can cancel the order, so when i looked to cancel i couldn’t. at this point my money was taken out of my account and i had no food!! after talking to someone in the parking lot they had me come in the store to figure out the situation. we walk in and my order is on there screen… so seems to me they just didn’t want to do it. i said they didn’t need to make the food and i would just take a refund but the guy that helped me made the food as the girl clocked out and went on her way. overall HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT AT!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR...

Woman at the drive through had a horrible attitude. I know I came at 1:30am and that’s an unfavorable time, but I tried to be nice to make up for it. All I had was three egg rolls and a large coke. She asked me again what I ordered at the window, again three egg rolls and a large coke. However, she handed me the bag, shut the window, and walked off. I tried to get her attention for missing the coke and she seemed very peeved that we were still there. Then she said “uhm you ordered three egg rolls and a curly fry.” It doesn’t even sound similar, but she was not happy that she had to make the coke at all. So sorry woman at the drive through, I tried to make conversation asking how your night was(even though you blatantly ignored me), I hope your night got better and whatever was pissing you off has been resolved. I didn’t post all of the little things that was obviously rude and made me feel like I had done something wrong by coming there at all. The food was good by the way and normally I wouldn’t post something so minuscule, but it hurt my wife’s feelings and just wasn’t fair how we were being treated for trying to get a late...

NEVER again will I return to this location! Service is awful and the girl at drive thru gave me attitude and was rude to me for asking for taco sauce after I ordered tacos with no sauce inside the taco for my kids because they don't like it. But I asked for some taco sauce packets and she told me with her attitude "But you said no taco sauce?" Me: "Yes, no taco sauce inside the taco, but I do want some taco sauce the packets" she then asks someone inside for permission and gives me taco sauce with an ugly face attitude. I guess they charge you for taco sauce? Because when I was ordering the lady that took my order told me a different amount due ($$) it was more than when I drove up to the window and pay it was a dollar less than what I was being charged at first. My guess is that they got mad because I asked for the taco sauce packets. So be careful when they charge you, they might be charging you for the sauces and condiments. You give me attitude and be rude to me after I asked you nicely, then I'll give you attitude and be rude to you too....
