So, this happened in February 2025 on a Saturday this year. I went in with my sister and her 3 kids into the facility. I ordered my food and I had gotten a large sprite, lite ice and 3 large cups of just ice. I shared the sprite with my nephew, and started eating on 1 jarge cup of ice and didn't think anything of it because I'm anemic and I crave ice. When I opened the cup, I thoughtt it was like a mistake when someone accidentally presses the orange soda machine and put it in the cup and I didn't think anything was wrong, just a mistake that time. I Finished that cup and the gotten home and my stomach started hurting a bit, of cramping etc, so I didn't think anything of it again and followed through with my night. As I was sleeping, it was still feeling funny and cramping to where I just kinda ignored it and continues on sleeping. The next day was Sunday, I went to church with a church member earlier that AM to help with there Black History program and carried my 2nd cup of ice and was eating the ice as I was working the kitchen. Then, when the church services ended, I rode back home with my sister and finally finished that cup of ice, but I noticed again that orange/ brownish color and thought the same thing, until that next day, I sat at the kitchen table with the cup and opened it and it was the same color is the other 2 and then it dawned on me that something is wrong. I called the CFA on Westlake Houston Atascocita location, told them with happened, the lady Laura or Lauren I think something like that. I told her what was happening and asked her was there any plumbing going on at the location, she said yes and stated that the facility should've been closed, but apparently not and had given me contaminated ice. She forwarded me to speak to her manager that was on duty and he gave me all the information as I did to him and he said that someone would contact me from there. I've waited awhile and nothing happened until I called them. Her name is Jessicar Benoit. She had given me so much ignorance to my emails, calls, etc. I had to speak to her boss just have her to call me back, and when she did, she only told me that she was getting some more information from someone and then gets back after about 3 weeks later after an email I sent again, stating how unprofessional she is, she then tells me that Chick Fil a wasn't liable for their mishaps and that was it. Such BS, Crap on CFA side as well as Sedgwick Insurance co reps end. No one wants to take responsibility of what happened, and here they are supposed to be so called Christians, what type of pleasure is that? For me to suffer in there behalf and not take full responsibility and owning up to being truthful and right? There are reports states that there was a water break/ plumbing records for that facility and day I went as well as others But, there greed in money and business to the public, they didn't close. The greed of...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlaced my order at 10:44 while the restaurant was open. I arrived at 10:58 while the restaurant was open and there was a car in front of me at the drive through. When I pulled up, the kid at the window started laughing then turned to someone preparing a to go meal and she started laughing, too. Nobody came to the window. When I spoke up and said I was here for a pickup order that had already been placed, they stared at each other smiling more. The manager came to the window and argued me down that they hadn't received any orders, asking for my confirmation. I provided my name, email, phone number as I did not have my phone with me (I ran out of the house w/o it to make it in time and it's broken anyway so it didn't occur to me.) I told him I could show the email confirmation, but he said it didn't matter that it was confirmed and paid for, the order would be cancelled. He told me they didnt have any salad and there was nothing he could do. I'm diabetic and pregnant with twins so a burger or fries was not an option. When I got home, I double checked my account to make sure I wasnt crazy, and BAM- the order is in my order history and was definitely placed and paid for. so they lied to me and thought it was funny. This location does not live up to the chicfila standards and mocking me for 3 minutes waiting on 11 o'clock to hit was definitely an A-hole move. I'll be a Karen and report to corporate as well. Order confirmation...

After we had already left we noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing from our order and the chicken tortilla soup that I ordered was instead chicken noodle soup. I went back and waited in the long drive thru line to have my order fixed. When I approached the employee who was taking orders in the line with her tablet I explained to her what had happened. I went to hand her the bag of leaky chicken noodle soup (that I didn't order) and as she went to grab it, the soup container fell through the bottom of the bag. The container busted open and scalding hot chicken noodle soup poured all over my leg, and into the floor board of my car. The only compensation I was offered was a replacement of the missing items. I was still charged for my order. The shoes that I was wearing were ruined from soup running into them and my leg burnt. I asked to speak to the manager and the young girl said she was the manager. I was so upset I didn't get her name. I asked for corporates number and they wouldn't give it to me. Told me to go online and contact them from the website. They had absolutely no sympathy. They told me all other leaders were in a meeting and couldn't help me. I have never in all my 36 Years of life had such a bad experience/ poor service. Something has...
