For the $$ we spent at this store its ridiculous the customer service is not there never. Nobody ask how you doing can I help are you doing OK and when u ask for help they give you an attitude I was in there on Saturday looking for boots for my son and sales rep walked in front of you no one asked u need help or can I help you look for something !! I asked a young lady for help and she acted like i was bothering not sure cause we were Hispanics but after we found what we were looking for, she was helping us look but we found the lost pair of the boot. She walked away and I said thank you and no answer from her she just nodded her head she never asked did you need anything else ? At this point I was like let's go just cause we needed the boots otherwise I would of purchased anything. Read moreWe had amazing service at this store yesterday. Mark the sales associate went above and beyond to help me find the work boots I was looking for. Mark literally clocked out but stayed around to make sure I was satisfied before he left. Monica the manager also helped with some problems I had with my account.
We can only give the store 3 stars, though, because of 2 reasons. The stock of vented major manufacturer work boots was surprisingly low. The vast majority of boots present were Cody James, Boot Barn's brand. We were in other stores last week and there were more options. Mark literally had to crawl up and down all the aisles looking for orphan pairs of Ariats for me to try on.
Also, the store is in a no-coverage area for ATT and T-Mobile but doesn't have guest WiFi. It is hard to shop and stay on your work conference call 😀. Seriously, though, my aging mother was trying to contact me while we shopped and I was...
Read moreHonestly, everyone was pretty cool but I went to get some boots they didn’t have my size so the manager ordered them for me and told me it would take 2-7 days but it would be faster since they would be shipped to the store. 2 weeks later I didn’t get any updates from them at all but they charged me for them. I got to the store to ask and for 30 minutes they had us waiting not knowing what they could do. Then they came back and said that someone put the wrong address to the store that “they” work in and that I should call up even though I didn’t place the order the manager did. I understand mistakes but when we’re planning on informing me that’s the only annoying thing I would have been waiting longer if I didn’t go to see what was wrong and I needed them for my friend's wedding.
