Bumblebee Donut 2 — Restaurant in Azusa

This donut shop is the worse donut shop . Their donuts are OK. They have the worse customer service. One time, I did a door dash order and they put two or three of the same donuts in the box. Many of the donuts they picked were either stale or the donuts nobody else wanted. The next problem was that I went into the store to pick the donuts because I no longer trusted delivery. I told them to give me buttermilk and they gave me the buttermilk no one wanted , a buttermilk with no frosting on it and alot of them were on sale and no one wanted it. They didn’t ask me, they snuck it IN. They just snuck it in and when asking to see what was inside the box, the refused. In other words they sold me donuts no one wanted. I went in there and I asked for three donuts and they were just plain rude .Sometimes the donuts are good, sometimes the are BURNT. I WILL NO LONGER TAKE MY HARDWORKING MONEY AND BUY NOTHING FROM HERE. They are SNEAKY and charge too much for a dozen. If you want your money’s worth? Don’t go to this...

So I went and asked for no ice because it was raining and the young gentleman told me not a problem. When it was time to pay, he told me it would be $7, I asked why it would be 7 when it's $6. He said they charge a dollar extra for no ice. I told him he should have told me that when I asked for no ice. He said there is a sign, the paper sign had faded and was practically blank.
