My reservation started at 3pm but my trip was extended so I arrived at the hotel around 2am (I had to pay my normal rate) when we arrived the girl in the lobby treated us very professionally and very friendly. Upon entering the hotel and continuing on the way to the room, everything was clean and in order, and had a very good clean smell. Upon entering the room, 2 queen beds are clean and in order (the pillows already need changing) (I had to go to Walmart the next day to buy pillows) the bathroom is comfortable except that the curtain is a little small and the water escapes to the ground. The room has a refrigerator, TV, microwave, ironing board and a hair blower. The clothes closet does not have hooks. The air conditioning could not be adjusted to an adequate level, it was only very hot air or very cold air (but in my case I left it on cold while I slept and I wrapped myself up well and slept well. (the room fills with cigarette smoke because in the outside next to the hotel door the person comes out to smoke next to the hotel and the smoke goes up to the second floor my room 209 and 217) room 209 the tv table was broken and the repair is not professional. the pool It is super cute, pleasant and very comfortable, 3 feet to 5 feet deep, it does not have a lifeguard, pool hours are 10am to 10pm, children under 16 cannot be alone in the pool area, so I don't understand why they close. access to the pool area after 10pm, since more or less around 10pm one returns to the hotel again because during the day one is enjoying outside the hotel in other places. The hotel has a varied breakfast daily and the employee The breakfast service is very attentive, friendly and professional, working with excellence. The only bad thing is that the breakfast service is until 9am. If you need to use the laundry I DO NOT recommend the washing machine does not squeeze the clothes and the clothes come out full of paper and hair, the detergent removal station keeps our money for 2 occasions and does not give the product, the clothes drying machine has I have to pay 3 times to be able to dry my child's sheet. The only thing I didn't like about the service at this hotel was a glasses employee, I'm going to get out of the elevator and the nights will be on and the guy wanted to come in with his carts of dirty clothes from other rooms and said something in his language that I didn't understood. (I understand that guests always have the right of way and even more so if I am going to get off an elevator. The same employee one night at 10pm tells me in an unprofessional way that I should leave the pool (that is not saying it but in the way that acts and addresses and looks at the guests) I cannot rate the room cleaning service the 4 nights I was here I did not allow access to the room. 10/10 to the breakfast lady, 10/10 to the girl who He welcomed me (check in) the candy and refreshment machines are on the third floor and without supply, in the lobby area where the TV is there is space for this machine, but I don't know why they are on...
Read moreEasily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel! The owners only care about your money and couldn’t care less about your quality of stay or satisfaction. Firstly, the pillows are equivalent to a 2” slab of concrete so if you are insistent on staying here, bring your own pillow. Don’t expect the staff to enforce their quiet hours so that all of their visitors can get the quality night sleep that they are paying for. We had a neighboring room partying all night long from 11pm until 6am, even after multiple contacts with the front desk, in an attempt to have the yelling, slamming doors, and excessive noise addressed it persisted without any intervention by staff. Supposedly the man at the front desk, Chris called the room to inform them of the noise complaint but did no follow up or monitor the situation to insure that it didn’t continue, if he had he would have seen the traveling from room to room and slamming doors as well as the arguments in the hallway throughout the remainder of the night, but instead when I walked down to the front desk at 5am to inform him that I needed a refund because I was unable to sleep due to the excessive noise, I found him asleep at the desk. I was given the run around by staff over the refund and was told that I had to go through booking.com to get a refund but received a response from the owner after putting in the refund request with booking that they wouldn’t be giving a refund or any form of compensation because the neighboring room had been contacted about the noise complaint, even though they did nothing to intervene. I frequent this area for sporting events and will drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid dealing with these people again. Read moreI spoke with Zenny Smith - Manager - about the following issues that ended in no resolution.||||First room 208 - toilet seat had no cover, tub was filthy, carpets were sticky & filthy (don’t walk barefoot), reeked of mold & mildew, entry light turned off immediately as soon as you switched on, my husband thought he was getting bit in bed, overall room felt very wet regardless of AC being on upon arrival. After a few nights of trying to overlook these things, we requested to be moved to a different room.||||Second room 308 - visibly cleaner, AC was not running so the room had a musty stench, tried to overlook & asked the front desk for air freshener. I was given their odor remover cleaner on hand, so I just sprayed floors & curtains to help temporarily. In addition, the bathroom door does not close unless you slam & force shut. Lastly, we found roaches in our bathroom (picture to show).||||All the above was brought to the manager’s attention. Zenny claimed they have never had any of these issues, no history of bugs, so in return no further resolution was made. I mentioned the smell of cigarettes & marijuana. They denied such thing. I mentioned how the sheriffs paid a visit to the hotel for a cigarette complaint 2 days ago. After our conversation I told them to walk down the first floor to smell it for themselves so they could not say I was making it up. They confirmed they could smell it.||||I booked this room for 3 adults & 1 infant. Zenny claimed our room was booked for 1 adult that I did not book for all my guests, that it was the lowest rate she could give us. In the rooms, the rates posted are equal from 1-4 persons a day regardless of whose error it was, mine or the hotel’s.||||Please consider before booking.
