Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Batavia Township

Update: an issue we have noticed the last couple of years is how skimpy they are with cheese. We have ordered extra cheese, double extra cheese, triple extra cheese. It doesn't matter how many extra cheese toppings you add. You still get the same amount as regular cheese. And the regular amount of cheese they put on is half as much as most other locations. I've been thoroughly disappointed with this location. When I want extra cheese and a well topped pizza I stop at a different location on my way home from work rather than stop at this place which is less than 5 minutes from my house. What a shame. The Salem road location does a pretty good job with cheese and toppings. Avoid the Bauer road Papa John's they are the worst I've ever been to.

Quality control is the biggest issue at this place. You never know what you'll get. Pizza could be poorly made in every way, dough, toppings, etc. I ordered extra cheese and got half the regular amount. Adding extra toppings makes no difference. Anyone else experience the same? First and last time ordering from this location. We placed a timed order at 2pm for a 4pm pick up. The food was done when I got there. Got the food back to the house and started to make my kids plates, the cheesesticks had hardened cheese and the cheesesticks pulled apart like leather. The Phillysteak Papadia had onion, when there was a request for no onion on the order and the cup of ranch wasn't provided. The crust was tough and burned on the edges. Both medium pizzas was room temperature as well with flaky, hard crust and again - hardened cheese. This papa johns is in Milford. On the bypass. Between a bakery and a nail salon. I ordered a couple pizzas in the app. Then I proceeded to the store. The guys at the counter, once they acknowledged my presence, said my food wasn't ready yet. Did not even ask the name of the order. I guess I have "idiot" written somewhere on my forehead. The app said it was ready to be picked up. He said come back in ten mins. I came back in six minutes later, because my patience were already gone. My pizzas were on the counter already waiting.
