Absolutely worst service I've ever witnessed. Winner that lady was with the headset on was out of control. She was taking my order and said she didn't hear me to pull up to the window and she would take my order. I pulled to to the window and no one was there. People inside were making drinks and filling orders. Totally ignoring me. I finally got their attention and explained what happened. She went to get the lady with the headset but she wouldn't come. So the young lady started taking my order. Then someone else came up to help her. NOT the lady with the headset. Midway through the second last read pointing at the screen realizing they were duplicating three part of the order the last with the head set had started. They were trying to sort it out. Needles to say many cars drive off. I know I was at that window for 20 minutes. SO NOW the last with the headset comes in and takes over. It was total chaos. The just with the headset never opened the window. The young lady had already made our coffee and iced coffee. But she was doing it again. She didn't ask the two who were trying to help.
She finally gave me a price. Never asking me want my order was. I paid so I could get it if the way I'd the people behind me.
I had to ask for my receipt and it was wrong. I just left. I was so upset for the girls who tired to help and the people in line behind me.
The last with the headset couldn't understand we wanted an ice coffee with no syrup only cream. My friend is dietetic. And a black hot coffee.
I ordered the Jr Whopper 2 for $5? Price.
I charged full price for a regular Whooper with bacon and full price for a Jr. Whooper.
I repeated that multiple times.
The iced coffee had syrup in it. Clearly marked on the receipt as Mocha. I repeated that several times also.
That lady with the headset needs to be retrained on the drive through. Or FIRED. She never apologized, never asked if my order was correct. She gave me my order and shut the window.

No sorry for the wait just here and shoved the bag. So we said we need our drinks and we get asked in the most disrespectful tone “um what did you even get” At this point I was over being nice so I gave her our drink order and was then yelled at by the worker to stop being rude. I couldn’t believe the disrespect we received and I said we’ve been here OVER 20 MINUTES! To which point I was told they only have 2 workers and then again told I was the rude one. My husband went inside to get our drinks to find 4 workers one in tears in the back over we don’t know what then the one who just yelled at us saying we were rude for being frustrated waiting 25+ minutes in a fast food drive line. Read morePulled up to the drive-thru order sign and decided to try the new chicken sandwich. I think it could possibly be all right, but not at this Burger King restaurant. I had to wait five or six minutes for mine to be cooked and I wish I had just waited 4 minutes because they overcooked it badly. There were a couple of bites in the middle that were pretty good which led me to think it might be a good sandwich somewhere else. I will say that my French fries were pretty good which is surprising at Burger King cuz they usually never are. I'm giving up on this store.
Update ! I went back on my word and went back again , much to my dismay.. My chicken fries were horrible. They had this powdery stuff on the outside and were dry. Also my fries were bland and undercooked. Even my coke was bad....lacking fizz. Maybe I'll learn to get a Whopper...
