Wings Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Batavia Township

After our group of 9 sat for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging our arrival, one of our group went to the counter where the cook became aware of someone standing there and went to the back door to get the waitress. She finally took drink orders and quickly darted away, we had to yell for her to place an appetizer order. About 10-15 minutes after our drinks were delivered, she took our orders (6:05pm).

After waiting for 40 minutes, without EVER being checked on but observing some of ourorder cooling in the window for approximately 10 minutes, someone in our party again went to the front counter to check on the food. The waitress said, "we only have 1 cook. We are doing the best we can. I'm about to start bringing the food out". Just a few minutes later, 1 quesadilla, a dish that was now cold, was bought to our table. The orderer told the waitress, "if thats cold, I dont want it" to which the waitress responded, "we only have 1 cook and are doing the best we can. I don't mean to be rude but you are welcome to go somewhere else."

I've NEVER had wait staff be so blunt and rude. We walked out! I can guarantee no one in our group...

We came in from a funeral to give our mom a send off as she liked wings and we used to come here a while ago. Did not know how far they fell. I ordered beer and a burger. Over 300 in food and drink most of it was cold or outright wrong. One of the family only ordered burger and bun somehow that got messed up. Drinks took forever to come out. Food we waited to 1hr 30mins just for the wings my burger was a double with no tomatoes GF had the three wisemen burger They bring us singles with everything. This was not just the waitress fault as she was about the only one they had on a Saturday night. Also only had one cook if I was not lied to. Hell the queso dip was f-frozen they nuked it after hell was raised. After waiting over a hour to only get the wrong food i told them to take it back not only being wrong but cold. My bill was still 371 bucks and I did not even get to eat. Stopped at a dam taco bell after that. Save ur money go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Visit 3/1/2025.

Went to this establishment at 8:23 pm. It was not extremely busy. They were short staff. One waitress that was responsible for four tables, including ours. She was also responsible for cashing out people, and carry out orders. I understand she was busy, but we waited for over 25 mins to place our order before we finally left. The reason we left was the fact that she was bluntly rude, and said they are going to leave and I am one damn person they need to understand that. Plus, I haven’t even took the order of the people outside yet. So two out of the four tables have not had any service, but you want to be upset when individuals leave due to lack of service? Seriously, this place has went down hill in the last few months. They definitely need to hire more staff, especially staff that actually knows how to serve...
