Absolutely disappointed in the lack of service we received last night. We drove from Amelia to Batavia as they are open 30 more minutes than the Amelia location. We arrived in the drive thru line at 9:35pm with only 5 cars ahead of us to the ordering menu. We waited patiently for 30 minutes to arrive at the speaker only to have the lights cut out to the building and be told that they closed at 10 and would not be serving us. Sadly, it was not only us, but an additional 7/8 cars who arrived on the premises prior to 10:00 pm who I can only assume were told the same ridiculousness. We left understandably upset and called the store. I didn't catch the name of the male but he did mention he was a manager in training. I asked him why and he told us that because they still had things to do to go home and that someone ordered $60 of food that put them behind with orders so they were not serving anyone else for the evening and closing. I'm not sure if this is truly how your franchise operates but turning away 8 or so cars who arrived before your closing time is likely not a great sales decision for any business. I made the mistake of giving the grown man at the window, who could not be bothered to tell me my order total, a $20 bill and a dime. Must have confused him because he forgot to put it in the register as 20.10 He instead typed $20. And ran off to get a child. The child handed me my change and I said," No, it's wrong, I do not get any coins." I could have driven off but the man was rude, didn't say a peep when he opened the window, just took my money and slammed the window in my face. So I was already annoyed. After telling the kid "No" he says, " huh " And takes off to get the manager. When she had a free moment she came over. I explained the situation and she fixed it. Then just before driving off, an even younger kid, female, states, "they're just kids, learning "

I understand that the fast food industry is not exactly "fun" but I do expect the employees working at places to be kind. I am tired of giving out kindness and using the "manners" I was taught as a child to others. Every employee in this establishment that I could see through the drive-thru window looked upset/angry/hateful. Also, while taking my order in the drive-thru, I asked a question and the lady was blatantly rude back. I would use a name BUT my receipt unfortunately doesn't have that person's name on here.
