I have been to this new location at least 6 times. Never had an issue until today. I had to repeat my order 2 times at drive-thru. I pulled to window and questioned my drink not being white. She told me that it was right. I pulled away as another customer was behind me. I tasted drink and it was not correct. Went back to drive-thru. Explained to same person my drink wasn't correct and that it had coffee in the freeze. I told her it doesn't come with coffee and she argued that is the way the drink is made. I told her I go to 3 different locations imcluding this one and they always ask if I want to add espresso. She said no it comes that way and next time to just tell them I don't want it. She said they could make the drink over and still insisted the drink comes with the coffee. So I told her she was being rude and that never mind. I pulled up the menu and when I got to the window I told her here is the menu and it doesn't come with coffee. I didn't raise my voice but then she snaps at me and says I am being rude to her without ever even looking at my phone to see that she was incorrect. She asked if I wanted a new drink and that they would "not charge" me for the drink. She said she had never waited on me and I told her no she had not and that other employees there have asked if I wanted to add espresso. I have been ordering these longer than she has been employed there. She did not apologize for the error. She said she couldn't take the other drink back. Handed me my new one and then said to have a good night or whatever greeting it was. I have never had an issue at any location and have been ordering these over a year now between 3 locations primarily. I don't need an employee arguing with me about a drink back and forth and then not even bothering to look at the menu and no apology. I do not expect to pay for a correct drink when the order is wrong. She obviously needs to review the menu more and not be so defensive and admit fault. A real shame. I got the Carmel cold foam brew and the sausage cheese waffle this morning for breakfast becauae it was a new to me place so I figured why not. The lady taking the order was nice and patient with me. I paid and got my food decently quick. They must have like a dark brew coffee because I was not fond of the hard deep coffee taste until I was able to fully mix in the cold foam at which time it made it taste better. The sandwich, I was not impressed with either, I think the waffles on their own would taste really good but they overpowered the sausage and then I got that foul taste that you can some times get and I was done with the sausage. All in all not bad but I wouldn't seek them out to go again on my own. If someone was buying it for me I may try the coffee again but definitely add...

Even though we ordered in advance and repeated the order a couple of times. Some still came out wrong, when brought to their attention, they went back and saw they still rang it up wrong. At this point I donât feel like it was the customers obligation to âpayâ for something reiterated a few times. We had no problem waiting for the order. But we were told we couldnât get what was ready until it was completed. We could have caught the issue earlier if we could have checked the product. And no apologies for the inconvenience.
