First time in store ask a Employee about the price of having document framed and matted size 8x10 she looked at me as though I was insane and stated she had no idea! I walked away looked around different areas of the store saw a bracelet with a smooth stone just hanging on a clearance hook for 1.77 without a price tag,after looking to find another another bracelet like it but unable to do so,I again asked the same Employee to assist me. She looked and agreed it belonged in the Clearance area but after looking at a totally different looking bracelet with very rough rock on each side for 8.99 she stated that was the price.I politely told her that looked nothing like the one I was I inquiring about. She then stated it would have to be put in damaged property! Prior to leaving g the store I again saw her and ask for her name which she refused to disclose, As I was checking out I ask the young cashier for the store manager who. She stated was the person I had spoke to.... I ask her name and was told she could not give it to me nor could she give me the no. for Corporate!!! I did get her name supposedly Taylor'for the cashier. I left the store and was in parking lot when the customer that was behind d me in line walked up to my vehicle and stated it was her first time as well and as soon as I walked out the door the cashier and manager were talking about me in front t of her and other customers at that time she told the cashier she was needing to be checked out so she could leave. I appreciate her telling me how truly unprofessional the employees are. I will not be a repeat customer!! Pathetic Service very unprofessional!! There should be a contact number for customers to make...

I drove over 50 miles in the rain during a pandemic to purchase a specific item. The item was sold out online and the website indicated the store had plenty in stock. After arriving at the location, I was unable to locate the item and ask for assistance from an employee who was very helpful. The employee reviewed their inventory and discovered that the item was in stock, but he was not able to locate it. He consulted with a manager , who also checked the inventory and noted the item was in stock. I informed the manager that I had driven over 50 miles to their location and she also check their inventory and noted it was in stock, she look at the overstock where the item should have been stock and said itās not there. I was told we canāt locate it and then she proceeded to brushed me off, with nonchalantly attitude.There were more employees in the store then customers at the time, the manager was more concerned about stocking the store then seeing to the customers needs. This location does not care about customer services. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, needless to say I left very angry. I will be shopping at Hobby Lobby...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went in the store to buy, yes BUY, some very expensive drawing materials and containers, most of the staff was very nice and helpful, however, it seems that one if the people decided to stalk us around the store and was peeking around corners, hiding behind things watching our every move in the store like we were criminals. It was disrespectful and hurtful to say the least. I had well over $400.00 worth of sketch pads, fine line, calligraphy, dual tip, brush tip markers, pens and pencils plus I was putting my very first Happy Time (I think that's what it's called) planner together that alone was at least $150 of the would be sale. I was so taken aback by how the employees were watching us like Hawks. I finally just walked up to the register and asked to speak with a manager. And of course when she came up she denied the whole thing. I set my stuff on the counter, respectfully, and I let her know that while I have been dying inside everyday for this beautiful collection, I would NOT be purchasing them from Micheals as I was humiliated, treated unfairly, and judged. I am so disappointed...
