Dark, Dingy, Dated, and the management team appear to have a complete disregard for meeting the needs of the guest (even those that carry a tier status). My mom had a stroke in Sept, lost her furbaby of 13 years to an illness and my father passed all in the same month. The stroke onset dementia (Lewy Body) and carries a poor prognosis. Our stay here was the last leg of a two week trip that we took her on to visit her family and friends and to celebrate my graduation. I should have listened to my husband when I told him I was booking here as the last few Caesar Managed properties that we have stayed at have been God awful! My mom enjoyed the slots in her younger day so we wanted to bring her for a few more good memories before they are all gone. I booked our rooms weeks ago with requests pertaining to the need of connecting rooms given the situation with the disability. When we arrived the gentleman that tried to assist us was great, he tried. Do NOT let the lobby fool you! Like most Caesar properties they only put the money into the public areas! The elevators, halls, rooms are DISGUSTING! Of course being a casino property most of the floors smell like weed (skunk weed at that). We got to our rooms (not connecting) two rooms apart, but yet both rooms have a connecting door to the next room. Due to the guests in the room next to my mom banging and carrying on we had to request from the front desk as to why we could not get a connecting room when there are barely any vehicles in their parking lots on a Sunday evening at 2100? After waiting for over an hour for the manager to call back we went to the front desk. The lady that came out was fast talking, abrasive, and muttered under her breath showing no compassion for the situation. We were told the only connecting rooms they had available were on the 4th floor, we went to check the rooms before moving and immediately upon exiting the elevator we were smothered by the smell of weed and loud partying in the rooms right off the elevator. We went back to the front desk, obviously even more upset, and suddenly she had connecting rooms on the 7th floor. They were not the correct room type and after considering the fact we had to move two rooms, late evening, and only staying two nights we opted not to move and I would stay in the room with my mom (who also has sun downers). My husband and I travel often and carry top tier status at most brands. I have stayed at brand new properties that were down right DISGUSTING and older properties that were dated but very clean. Things happen and most of us that travel can take mishaps into consideration but blatant disregard and violation to the ADA requirements for their guest should not be overlooked and having zero empathy whatsoever to the situation cannot be accepted. Remember when reading reviews that everyone has different standards and expectations. My expectations are a clean, safe, quiet rooms with working amenities, delivered by excellent guest service since this is a HOSPITALITY industry! YES, Caesar Casino's will take all your money with minimal return (for the record I am not a gambler). Save yourself the grief and go to the Boyd Gaming or the 24K property but avoid this dump at all costs!!! Even with the room at a comp it's not worth the headache! This shall be my last Harrah's stay and I am cutting my relationship with Caesar properties! They honestly don't care about their tier members or their guests! (The pictures show some used panties/garbage in the trash can from the previous guest, the fridge area door cannot even close, the wallpaper is peeling off the wall, the shower has hairs all over that were there when we checked in, the rugs are gross, and the kicker was the sticky like substance on the phone receiver when I picked it up to call the...

This weekend we stayed at Harrah’s. It had been a while since we stayed there so we took the grandkids because it is kid friendly and they liked the pool the last time we went. This trip was 0/5 stars! From the pool bartender ignoring us when we first approached him and being rude when I said, excuse me, sir when we needed to ask him for towels. He rudely said he would be right with me and then talking to other folks and cutting up with the staff. He was catering to a guy at the bar making him shot after shot like he was the only person there going in and out to get ingredients for the shot I suppose… A lady to the side asked if we had been waited on, I told her, it depends, he made it clear that he was not going to help us! She asked if she could help, I told her I all I needed was towels so she went and got us towels so we proceeded to go to the pool area. ALL of the chairs had reserved signs on them at 3pm. So we went and sat in the hot tub, my granddaughter is 7 so she got in there with us but the waitress that was cutting up with the rude bartender came over and said no babies in the hot tub, no problem.. Rules are rules! I went back over to the bar area to order drinks. Same waitress dismissed me and sent me to the daiquiri bar when I told her I needed to order drinks! I asked her 2 times, so you do not serve drinks here, after watching them cater to a guy a the bar when they were ignoring us to fix him shot after shot! She said correct, we can serve you food but you have to go next door on the inside or to the window to order drinks! So I went inside, the lady there (Lexi)was just as confused as I was as to why they sent me to her! She was amazing!! She was like, since you are here, would you like to just order some daiquiris? Why not!! Apparently the whole bar can’t serve drinks to certain people… After 2 hours by the pool not able to sit in a chair, we were going upstairs, the sun had gone down, we were freezing and my granddaughter was shivering. I saw the pool towel basket next to the door that said to return the towels there, since we were freezing and the bar staff didn’t want to deal with us, I would run upstairs get dry clothes on and run them back down. A lady stopped us and said those towels belong in the basket outside very stern in front of everyone!! Really!!! I politely told her, if you could just give me 5 minutes I will run them back down. She said I will be right here waiting for you to return them!! Totally embarrassed and my kids like we were criminals!! I ran them back downstairs looking for the pool towel police and she was not there. So then I am looking for her because SHE IS WAITING ON ME! Her shift ended so she went home!! We always tell our friends to stay here because we have had great times here, after this weekend, not so sure… My husband is a diamond elite and he normally likes to stay on Harrah’s properties in Atlantic City and Las Vegas but he was not happy with the bar service and staff and said he would not be returning. He is platinum at MGM and we will start staying at those properties if Harrah’s...

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I am a frequenter of Harrah's in many locations which I've always been happy. There was one particular time I was driving from my home in Florida to California and my first night stay I choose Harrah's in Biloxi Mississippi. When I made my reservations I asked for a pet friendly room. While I was on the phone with reservations, I discussed with them that I had a cat. They said no problem that they accepted cats and it was fine I could bring my cat with me. When I arrived, I went to check in and I had put my cat which was in his carrier on the cart at the check in area with the bellhop. But as I began securing my room and getting my keys, they told me that I could not have a cat that they did not accept cats as a pet for the Harrah's hotel in Biloxi. I explained to them that I had discussed thoroughly with the person I had talked to on the phone when I made reservations and that they told me that Harrah's did accept cats and it wasn't gonna be a problem. Fortunately, they did see my desperation, and they made a one time exception and allowed me to bring my cat into the room and charged me an extra charge for him. My problem with this is cats are very clean animals. They don't smell, they don't bark, they don't pee on the floor they don't chew up anything and nobody really knows that you have a cat in the room. Actually I even bring a hand vacuum, because he has a litter box where he goes to the bathroom and I use the hand vacuum to clean up anything that he leaves behind as far as the litter on the floor which is very minimal 'because I even bring a rug to put under his litter box, I vacuum the furniture and anything else that he would be near. I also bring a scratch pad for him to scratch on, so like I said, when I leave, you wouldn't even know I had an animal in the room. And I believe most people are like this with their cats. How do you think people are able to sneak them in?They leave no signs behind because they're so clean. What I'm hoping is that people don't need to sneak their cats in and that Harrah's will consider in the future changing their policy, and allow cats and realize that cats do not cause any damage to these rooms in excess of any other animal, actually, they probably would never cause damage? And I really do hope that they will consider cats and include them in the pet friendly rooms. So that's my complaint, Harrah's, because I do have a cat and he does travel with me, and I want to be able to bring him to Harrah's, because I like to go to Harrah's, so please consider changing your policy. I plan on giving this same review at the Harrah's in Laughlin, Nevada also because they denied me when I got to them on that same trip. But you know some times you have to sneak. Same with Harrah's in Lake Tahoe which was another Harrah's during that trip that I wanted to stay at. By the way on my trip back I stayed at Hard Rock in Biloxi who accepted my cat. Highly recommend the Hard Rock. My room was five stars facing the ocean with a solid glass wall. Clean and classy. Wish I...

Wife and I stay at hotels casinos probably about 30 nights a year and this hotel and casino was the worst. We went to Horseshoe in Bossier City (also a Harrahs property) for a few nights after leaving Biloxi MS but night and day difference in every aspect (well done Horseshoe 👏) You have 3 entrances to the Harrahs Gulf Coast casino. Front gulf side doors about 2 stories of unkept moldy leaf covered stairs. Street side ground level elevator only you basically walk into a construction entrance that the homeless slept in on the benches and floor or your 3rd best option is walk up into the parking garage ramps but unsafe with the traffic as there's no pedestrian walk. I walk my dog several times a day and like to explore nearby on foot so the garage ramp and 2 flights of stairs aren't appealing or adequate for many folks. The restaurants were okay, best IMO was Salt and Sizzle they had excellent buffalo chicken wings and the cheese queso was yummy. The casino itself was a small like 6 high limit machines nothing fancy not many game options been to better truckstop casinos. The pool and hot tub was okay aside from the tasteless Piña Coladas, crumbling pool decking and bubbled up hot tub liner 😂 funny but true. We have recently stayed several nights across the street at Hard Rock and they maintain the entire property from rooms to pool and hot tub immaculately so much more inviting. Room was the worst I've stayed in and would not recommend pretty gross. They were sold out and there was no other options. Smelly water was coming up through the floors near the window and AC unit but I could not find where it was leaking we laid a bath towel over and wiped it up frequently. Uncomfortable bed. Moldy and dirty, hair in tub and urine on back of toilet seat bathroom with a bathtub faucet that did not shut off but honestly the absolute worst part was the neighbor was so noisy you can hear through the adjoining door it sounded like they were filming a scene for a contagion 2 with the nonstop coughing of phlegm it was 2 days straight. The icing on the cake to leave the bad review was we were charged a $100 per day dog fee which no other Harrahs property does and my wife went to talk to the host and they basically laughed at her and said no that's Harrahs everywhere you didn't pay attention when booking. We stay with our dog all the time at Harrahs properties and never paid 100 addl per night. We aren't big high rollers but we play a fair bit and all other casino hosts go the extra mile even giving us a personal cell number or making sure we get checked into the room fine, making or offering to make reservations, offering to communicate anything to anywhere we desire to stay/go ahead of time just welcoming feeling etc...
