The ladies that work here are awesome. There's rarely a line so your in and out pretty quick. You an swipe your casino card here too for points. They always have the new trendy coffee and drink recipes, not all Starbucks inside of another business do, so that's pretty cool. I always get the iced coffee or the nitro. Staying at Harrah's Casino In Biloxi Mississippi. Last night I noticed that Starbucks was only open from 6 till 2. Went down at noon and they were closed. Both called and texted Starbucks and each time the customer service rep just cut off the conversation and refused to let me talk to a supervisor. They just said they could do nothing. This is a shame of starbucks. Worst service ever. If you want to wait 5 minutes to get your straw after getting your drink, this is place you want to go. And don’t remind staff for your order because they will bite you back. But if they forget your drink or someone else take yours they will bite you back again.
