This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever have the unfortunate displeasure to stay at. The staff were horrible, when attempting to check in I waited in the empty lobby, at an unmanned front desk, for close to ten minutes before using my cell phone to call the hotel. The phone rang for an additional ten minutes before I hung up. Roughly fifteen feet down the hallway was an open door that said staff... I peek into the room to see three employees standing around talking, clearly having been in this room the whole time and having listened to the phone ring without answering it. I ask the employees if there is anyone manning the front desk and a male employee annoyingly says to me "Does it look like it?"... the whole experience just got worse from there... Staff: From the guy that gave me attitude for wanting to check in, to the women that lied to me saying that the hotel was booked to capacity (with just 2 cars in the parking lot), the staff were without exception the most unpleasant, rude, and angry folks I have ever dealt with. Hotel: Dirty, dingy, and run down. Bags of trash in the hallways left to sit for days. Everything was falling apart and smelled horrible. The parking lot was filled with trash, the trash cans were overflowing, and it is not a safe atmosphere. Room: This is the worst room I have ever seen. We opened the door and started immediately gagging from the smell. It smelled overwhelmingly of Body odor, pet urine, and mold. Everything in the room was a biohazard! The sheets were dirty and stained, the comforter had visible bodily fluid stains on it, the ice bucket had dried chunks of vomit all over it, the fridge was barely functional, there was only one working outlet (the room only had three total with no usb), there was mold all over the bathroom. It was so disgusting that we slept in full clothing and jackets to avoid our skin touching anything in the room. everything was either ripped, cracked, torn, or broken in some fashion. We opted to not use the bathroom for fear of the filth and just waited to shower for when we got home.... the worst thing was that we stayed in this room for less than 10 hours total and we had to wash everything when we got home because the overwhelming horrible smell from the room had permeated every piece of our clothing, travel items, and luggage!! Pics attached. TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE!! STAY IN YOUR CAR, SLEEP ON THE STREETS IT WILL BE CLEANER AND SAFER! This hotel should be condemned, torn down, and the earth it stood on should be razed to try to contain the absolute vileness that exists here.

first when we walked into our room the first thing we saw was dog hair all over the bed. i complained they wouldn’t do anything about it. there are no outlets in the room besides the bathroom and behind the bed, the garbage cans were full all the time, stuff stuck to the garbage cans, people partying in the parking lot, the bed was broken, the ac doesn’t blow cold hair & it squeals, the iron bored had a huge stain, the towels had holes in them, the phone was disgusting , most of the staff were nice besides the female “manager” she had an attitude & did not care that we had a bad experience at all, people in & out all night long, randoms walking thru the hotel trying to find a spot to sit at cause they ain’t got no where else to go, the outside doors do not lock (door b), people knocking on our door for no reason, the “queen” size bed is really a full, the room is abt as big as a shoe box, there was pubic hair in the bathtub, no elevator but offered us a cart thing roll our stuff in on, they keys barley work to open your room door, our room garbage can had mold in it (made sense why we were sick all weekend), there’s no microwave or fridge, they gave us 3 bottles of shampoo and 2 body bars that’s it, there’s a lamp that can’t be plugged in, wifi doesn’t work. just an overall terrible experience & they need to be shut down asap. mold in the rooms is way to far this place needs to be shut down & they need new house keepers. it seems to be they have house keepers for no reason this place is ridiculous. we demanded a full refund and the front desk lady “manager” gave us a fake receipt with fake prices. nothing close to what we paid. i will be contacting nd health department immediately monday morning. check the pics out!

I’m not sure what’s worse - the evening manager Drew’s attitude or the condition of the room upon arrival. Pictures online by the hotel are outdated and not the same as what you get in real life. No elevator to get to second floor. Floors were dirty, visible crumbs and dirt from previous stay. Food splattered on the ceiling and lampshades.. we are talking red ketchup on white ceilings and lampshades. Hard to miss as a housekeeper. The desk chair appears to be recently replaced. There was so much frost in the freezer, it was unable to be used. Black mold spores in bathroom... soap left behind from another guest. Not worth $100 per night. As someone who has worked decades in customer service, you treat all customers (whether they are rude or kind to you) with respect. Despite being kind and thanking him for helping with resetting our remote, Drew made snarky comments to us (and also in front of our young child) indicating he was eavesdropping on our private conversation in our room. The only good thing he did was not share who was staying at the hotel to another wedding guest who asked (which was the private conversation he was listening in on and assumed we were unhappy with him). He appeared to not enjoy his job and could use some EXTENSIVE training on hospitality. The only great thing about this hotel were the women working the kitchen - they were kind and friendly. The hot breakfast with made-to-order eggs were 10/10 and the only reason this review has 2 stars. Unless significant remodeling and staff changes occur, I would take your money anywhere else. Many of hotels at the other side of the interstate. Just read the reviews.

First off: the customer service was terrible. I called after booking because their pool was listed as under maintenance and I wanted to inquire if it would be able to be used in a month. The woman rudely informed me that it was "working today but it could be down tomorrow, so good luck".

First: Check in was a mess. I asked if they accepted cash. They do not, and that's fine. They did state they have a card hold of $100 for any incidentals, and will be refunded after check out. That was fine. However what I did NOT approve of was the fact that they charge your ENTIRE stay immediately at check in, including the incidental. I told them that was nowhere stated on their print out (which is right at the check in desk), nor the website. I've never had to pay up front.

Next up: the room. Upon walking in we were greeted immediately with a dirty pillow case laying on the ground right next to the sink. The room also smelled stale and of urine. The shower ceiling has black mold, and the button on the microwave has fallen off and was on the floor. I'm addition there was an old, used cigar butt in the middle of the floor. When I called to inquire about a different room or a discount for the horrid room the front staff mentioned that the manager wasn't available, when I asked for them to call they gave me the run around for a long time.

The conditions of the hotel were old, and dated and the breakfast room has the ceiling falling apart. The carpet in the hallways was lifting and if you didn't watch your step you could trip.

They do provide a breakfast they will make for you. You choose what you want. You can pick pancakes, hash browns, sausage and bacon. I will say that the breakfast was decent. However, the maintenance man was starting breakfast an hour late because staff called in. And then the next day, both the maintenance man and the front end staff for the night before were cooking.

The staff looked and dressed unprofessionally. At one point no one was at the desk, and others needed help. Then the staff came in from outside smoking to help, wearing personal clothes, no indication they worked there. At check in the woman working was complaining to the man helping us that she's been working 8 shifts in 6 days and was ready to get out of there. Another time in the evening, a male staff member was sitting on the back yelling at someone on the phone.

Two good things about this hotel: The photographer that took the photos and submitted them to Google and booking sites did a great job, and had to of taken the photos 10 years ago when the hotel looked decent. The second thing that was good, was the location, right off the highway. That, unfortunately are the only good things I can speak of about this hotel, aside from breakfast.

I absolutely 100% would never stay here again, and I can't say I would ever again consider a Days Inn or a Wyndham...

Initially just walking in, the hotel is dimly lit and feels a little dingy. Outside cigarette butts were littered everywhere, and parking lot was covered in a solid sheet of ice. Stayed in the suite with spa, and the room felt dirty. The couch was stained, and there was a dead bug on the floor by the spa. Freezer was so over frosted you just about couldn't use it at all (about 2 inches of frost build up).

Their hot breakfast wasn't bad, but they give you a ticket where you can only choose one or two eggs, and a piece of bacon and a sausage. They had cereals and oatmeal, but didn't restock any items that ran out, even though a lady was checking on things, she never restocked anything. Breakfast was from 7-10, and when we went at about 9 there was only a handful of milk and yogurts left, for cold cereal, and only one case of baked goods out of three was even stocked, with wheat bread. My poor husband got cereal, and then literally ate it without milk because he was worried that someone else wouldn't have any. The saddest part of that was that he was completely justified in his thinking.

We didn't use pool or hot tub, but the personal spa in the spa suite was great size, so no complaints there. Heater also, though it said 90 degrees, only warmed the room up to about 65; it was about 22 degrees outside, so if had been colder, I am not sure it would have done anything.

The most frustrating thing, however, was that housekeeping completely disregarded the do not disturb sign, knocking loudly on the door early in the morning, and announcing themselves. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear normal conversations going on outside. So when I shouted back "no, thank you" they should have easily heard, but they then proceeded to actually open the door! Fortunately, the latch was flipped and caught, or they would have come right in on us still in bed. When I notified the staff at checkout, they were not particularly helpful. All in all, we paid about $100 dollars for a clean bed, a $5 breakfast, and a dip in a personal spa. It was much cheaper than other hotels, and now I understand why. The spa was nice, which honestly is just about the only reason...
