I am a Partner of Starbucks and I will not go to this Starbucks again. Horrible Customer Service. Horrible knowledge of how to make drinks. Just a bad experience all together. I have been to this location twice and both times have had a less than pleasing experience. First time I went in to order, granted they were a bit busy but not busy enough to neglect customers or have drinks out in a timely manner. My drinks took an insane amount of time and when they did come out the customer who ordered ahead of me by 3 people still hadn't gotten her drinks. It wasn't because they weren't in line they had put them behind them on the cold bar counter and neglected to make them. When my drinks came out they didn't have the knowledge of making an iced espresso They had made it into a iced late which is a lot more milk then needed. As I was watching they weren't rinsing the bars as often as they should be, making drinks bitter and gross. They weren't swirling drinks to incorporate the sweetener into the drink either. The second time I went to the drive through. where there was only one car ahead of us. who was already done ordering and was going around to the window. As I pulled up(thinking it would be a quick order) was told we would "be right with you". We sat for a good 2minutes to even order. When ordering the lady didn't seem to understand any of the drinks. So ,I politly explained to her how to ring them in and where she could find the buttons. But when I got up to the window my machiatto was incorrect. I shrugged it off but through the window I could see what could possibly be my shaken iced tea where the gentleman making it was just pouring the tea into the cup eyeballing about half and then pouring a second tea to the top line adding ice and then handing it out the window into my vehicle... It's called a shaken iced tea. If they would take the time to get to know their drinks they would know it tastes completely different if you neglect to shake the tea. I was outraged by the experience because I know at my store we would be in trouble and taught how to do it the correct way. It seems this store doesn't care about the customer experience. I have had a bad experience 3 out of the 5 times I've been here. 1st time my husband and I ordered in the store and waited 20 minutes for our order that was never even placed. I thought it was weird that the person taking our order, Rachel, didn't ask for a name. We did get fully reimbursed that time, that was the least they could do. Almost every time I order a frapp it's runny and every time I get a runny frapp it is made by Rachel. Today I ordered the cinnamon shortbread frapp on the mobile app and when I got there to pick it up I had a latte waiting for me. I told them that is not what I had ordered. Rachel did not make the latte, regretfully I didn't catch the name of the lady who did make it but Rachel, the same female who always makes my runny frapps and the one who never placed our order the first time is the one who re made my original frapp order today. Seriously! I ordered a frapp! Not ice cold milk! I suggest not going to this starbucks location! Definitely not when Rachel and the latte maker are working. I can't complain about anything other than the frapps. My husband usually orders machiattos and they always turn out good. Read moreWe stopped by on a Saturday morning around 8am. It wasn’t super busy, although there was a bit of a line for the drive thru. The app told me 4-6 minute wait, but once I ordered, it was a 16-18 minute wait. The breakfast sandwich I ordered got toasted immediately, so it sat there waiting for my two drinks, one of which was ready after 6 minutes and the other of which took another 6 minutes, even though they were practically identical. When my partner picked his drink up from the center console when we got back on the freeway, the top hadn’t been put on correctly & it popped off, sloshing hot coffee all over him. We fixed it.., and then the cup exploded, & hot coffee covered him and our car… not ideal.
