Dutch mill has a quality issue to figure out. First time was some roses that we originally wanted in orange. They didn't have orange. Fine. They recommended a light orange spray. We've seen that done before. Sure. Bring them home and open it and it's sopping wet and dripping this super stinky orange goop all over the roses that died and we're in the garbage 2 days later. Second was a basket of flowers for like 80 dollars. Looked good in the pictures. Was the only set up that had the exact flowers we wanted. Made sure to request the flowers I wanted when ordering over the phone. Aaaand it came without the flowers. To top it all off the arrangement only had a the super cheap 5 dollar flowers that I could have gotten from walmart. Lucky we got a refund. 3rd and final strike. Dutch mill used to have the coolest rainbow roses in Bismarck. I called ahead and asked to have some wrapped up because I was on a super tight time frame. The customer service was good. Got home to have wilted roses that are now in the garbage not even a full 2 days later. At this point I'm convinced that I need to think further ahead of time and just get flowers from walmart or sams. It seems close to everything in North Dakota is turning out to be mediocre to...

I can't even begin to tell you the heart and soul that these owners put into their arrangements. The love they gave for their business is so apparent in each and every arrangement. The flowers they bring in are unique and the store is set up so when you walk in - you feel as if you are entering an indoor garden oasis. You will not be disappointed in ANY product you order. I have been a customer for over 12 years and I appreciate the staff who continue to stay and appreciate their job each and every day. While their bridal bouquets and prom flowers are unique, personalized, and GORGEOUS accents - their memorial pieces leave a bigger impact. You can describe your person who you are honoring and what shows up is a reflection of their life. I was so proud to see our funeral spray towering over the others with such a STATEMENT of my grandmother's life. It was impactful to everyone and we had many compliments on the arrangement. I thought I was getting red roses based on the photo on the website. I was told they were hot pink on the photo. First photo is from the website. I paid extra for a bigger arrangement. The roses We got don't look red as I thought or hot pink which is what they said the arrangement comes with after it was delivered. DUTCH MILL did say they would take it back and redo so that was great. I didn't want the flowers taken back after they had already been delivered. I did appreciate the offer though.

The recipient was thrilled though and they were beautiful. I was a little dissappear the roses weren't red. Dutch Mill would have changed it for me though so that means a lot. I just didn't want to cause drama for the recipient or make her feel like this arrangement was not beautiful...
