Subway — Restaurant in Bismarck

The sandwich was great. What I’m giving three stars about is the service. Three were three people working and only one of them had good customer service. This was a guy named Dan according to his name tag. Thank you Dan for your excellent customer service and great attitude during a busy lunch rush. Now here is where my complaint comes in. There were also two ladies working,I didn’t catch names as they had no name tags on. The First Lady stoped in the middle of making someone’s sandwich to get her food order that she ordered for I’m assuming for her lunch. I get that everyone deserves a lunch break but stopping in the middle of making someone’s sandwich for almost 5 minutes to get your food delivery is not good customer service . SLOW SERVICE-UNDERSTAFFED-ATTITUDE

I have always loved going to subway and enjoying a good meal, after this experience it is UNLIKELY I will ever come back. I waited over 25 minutes for one sandwich. Not only that, I asked for tuna fish, which they didn't have, honey mustard, which they didn't have, and chocolate milk, WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE. They are very understaffed and we're missing lots of food ingredients. When I payed for my sloppy sandwich the lady who rang me up was very aggressive and irritated while speaking with me. When I was told about there not being any milk she sarcastically said while pointing at the drink fridge, "no milk, none at all! you can go check and see for yourself if you want to!!" I did not appreciate this especially after having to wait for so long. I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about going to this subway to find an alternative, I know next time I will go to...

If you can avoid this location, The cleanliness and preparation and the experience overall was horrible. The kid with the pubic goatee Was dropping & contaminating my meat choices with other meats on the serving line. When I asked if he could use fresh meat that wasn’t dropped, his demeanor changed from careless to annoyed and irritated. The overall experience was just unpleasant.

If you can go to the south location or Walmart and you will get way better service. Especially at the south one, they always have Great customer service and they aren’t as careless when preparing your sandwich. I plan on contacting corporate in regards to this experience.
