Could use some improvement on customer service and pickup in the first 4 parking spots. Parked there and waited my food sat inside for 10 minutes because no one brought it out like they were suppose to. When I got the food home the food at had been dropped as it was pizzas and they smashed together .
Edit..
I have been there several times more, I deliver food and I get food for myself. Everytime it is anybodies guess how takeout will be handled. I was told do not come in and to use the spots. Then I was told come in, I never have any idea. And honestly when a full staff is up front and they can't bring it out I'm going to chalk it up to laziness.
Also one big issue I have that is much bigger than the pickup issues. Is the negative reviews. From my my person account I have 500 reviews and 11 negative ones. 8 have been from your restaurant, with missing items, poor food quality and the like. I have sat outside like was suppose to and I can see the food sit there. I would go in, but when I do that unprompted I get treated poorly and told they will bring it out.
I was told many people aren't getting their food or having issues so you have to look at our phones. One other place does this and that's it, they do it for safety you guys do it because of issues your restaurant has and has had with deliveries and take out. Management needs to work these kinks out. I know numerous people that won't order takeout from you or DoorDash and the like because of this. They like your food when they go there, but not pickup or delivery. Something's gotta give because I am not exactly pleased with how some folks treat people, us pretty beneath them drivers many of us do it for extra money and an extra grind and some do it as an occupation. Not reason to look down on us.
I review 100s of restaurants and only a handful frustrate me like your location. It has a great menu and location but if this continues word will get out like it has with many of my friends. Take, or carryout is becoming bigger and bigger. Discounting the service in these instances will be a...
Read moreSo I'm very big time foodie. I went to Culinary Arts growing up. I have to leave reviews without my real name and face due to affecting my job but I've eaten here probably 5 times with 3 of those times being decent but the last 2 have not been great, especially for the price. Don't get me wrong I am very fond of the manager and kitchen manager, they are great people. I think they have the best intentions but the last time that I ate here it was just absolutely disgusting. Which was a few months back.
We ordered nachos that came with chicken. The chicken was absolutely dry and seemed like it was days old. The nacho cheese tasted like it came out of a can and was not warmed up whatsoever.
Then onto the sandwich, it was a brisket sandwich and the meat was dry (overcooked), it was barely any sauce on it. My wife got a pasta dish I do believe and she was not happy with it whatsoever. Of course we won't send our food back plus they know who I am so I didn't want it to affect how they look or interact with me cause they see me more than they think they do. That's all I can say without giving myself out.
But i'm a guy who tries a place until I have 3 bad experiences then after that 3rd I will not go back. That will be the next time if I decide to go and spend that kind of money here again.
My sons pizza was not bad at all and was the only good thing we had that night. I hope that the next experience is a better one.
The service and the atmosphere have yet to plummet and is good every time I've been there but seems the integrity of the food has begun it's decline but I...
Read moreWe put our names on the waitlist and when our table was ready we were told that the waitlist tables were only on the patio. It was only 50 degrees outside with no heat lamps. The hostess tried to sit us in the shade after we asked to be seated in the sun!! When our server finally came to our table she took our drink order and then didn’t come back for about 10 minutes. When she brought the drinks to the table she informed us that the buffet was inside, no option to order off the menu. Food was ok, nothing special it was a buffet. The buffet was supposed it include cinnamon rolls. All the tables around us were served their rolls except for us and we were there way before them. We had to ask if we could have rolls & our server told us that there was a new waiter and he served them to the wrong table. We were finally brought our rolls and they were nothing but raw balls of dough. The manager ended up bringing us a couple of new ones that were actually cooked and very good. When we looked at our check, we noticed that we were charged $34 per person for the buffet. The menus that we were given said that the adult price for the buffet was $26. When we asked our server about it, we were told that there was an upcharge because it was Easter. There was nothing different on the buffet for Easter that would warrant an extra $8 per person. Everyone that worked there seemed to be unfriendly and crabby. Not a place I will ever go back to eat at! No Easter cheer...
