We had an extended 3 week stay on the 2nd floor due to a work project. The hotel is very pretty, has some nice amenities and great potential to be something truly special. Unfortunately, the hospitality factor just doesn't exist. Joaquin, the desk attendant is extremely rude. While trying to use the washer & dryer on the 2nd floor, the dryer kept taking my money but would not dry the clothes. I ran it 3 times starting at 9pm. At 11pm I ran out of cash & didn't want to keep feeding quarters to a machine that didn't work. I didn't want to pay for an ATM either (such a waste). When I asked for help from Joaquin, I was accused of wanting free money. WOW! JUST WOW! I just want what I paid for! Sheesh! I had find a place to lay the clothes out in a dark room so they'd dry while my husband was trying to sleep. The following day when I spoke to a very young guy who said he was the manager regarding the situation he said "Well, I wasn't there so..."Are you kidding me??? Out of principle, I didn't even want my money back. They apparently need that money to fix the dryer that did not work. The next day and "Out of Order" sign was posted on it. The maintenance of the hotel is much lacking as well. Other items in the hotel that lacked proper maintenance... the sink was cracked, the side entry door with key card did not work half the time. I also had to get a new room key 3 times...(no, I did not keep it near my phone). The first floor bathrooms were always filthy dirty and the hand soap always empty, I checked often. When using the hot tub we found a clump of hair floating around, just gross. How often are these things cleaned out? The coffee was often not fresh and tasted burnt. Going to City Brew daily got really expensive so I made coffee with the small machine in the room. Housekeeping would take the trash but not put a plastic bag in the can. The air vents in the room were REALLY dirty. See pics. These little things matter! Our biggest issue...just about every night until well past 11pm there were kids running, stomping and screaming downstairs and on the 3rd floor hallway right over our heads - just outside our door too! We came to relax not deal with bratty, disrespectful kids at a late hour. I finally had to personally ask them to stop so my husband could sleep. This went on for days. He had to be up for work early in the am. I also spoke to a parent who refused to be considerate of other guests. If it wasn't for Jackson, another front desk attendant, I don't think we would have gotten any sleep. Thankfully he moved us to the 3rd floor above all the kid chaos over our heads and downstairs. The moved helped quite a bit but a neighboring guest with kids did the same a couple nights later. On a positive note, the beds are very comfortable and the room we were moved to was much nicer had a great view of the mountains and was more spacious. After all the crazy, I so appreciated this. Thanks to Jackson, my husband got some sleep. The other front desk attendants were much more friendly and helpful when we ran out of t-paper, fresh towels, needed an extra blanket and of course, multiple replacement keys for doors that...

My husband and I walked in and I went to use the restroom while my husband got us a room. He said he had to wait for someone to come out to the check in counter. I joined him at the counter after using the restroom and the lady working was doing her best to upsell. Another girl walked out with food in her mouth and as the one is doing her best to get us to go with a more expensive room the she starts tapping a piece of paper taped to the desk with the cost of a rollaway bed. We have 3 children so they decided we needed a bigger room on the second flooror a room that was 50.00 more a night. We have been going to the C'mon inn located in Missoula for 5 years and every time we go we are treated very well. We decided not to stay at the one in Bozeman after the way they treated us trying to get more money out of us and when we got to the car we called to talk to the manager so we could tell him what the experience was like. The same lady who checked us in said he wasn't in. So my husband asked to be transferred to his answering machine. She told him sure and then hung up on him. So he called back and asked her again to transfer him and she just let it ring and ring and ring and never gave us the option to leave a message. The next morning my husband called and talked to the daytime staff and was able to leave a message miraculously then. He left a message and didn't receive a phone call back so he called again and spoke to the manager and the manager was just as rude and unprofessional as his staff. We will never stay at the hotel in Bozeman Montana ever. If this is how they want to treat guests then they don't deserve to have us as guests. We will stay at the one in Missoula and only Missoula and strongly recommend corporate sends the staff from Bozeman over to Missoula so Missoula can teach Bozeman how to properly run a hotel because they can use all the help...
Read moreStayed here with a friend. Very nice and clean hotel. Comfy bed. Best pool and hot tubs! Pros: Clean Comfortable furniture Single use cleansers and lotion Good size towels Nice bed linens Separate toilet and shower area, but awkward. Two full length mirrors Really nice refrigerator Plenty of waste cans in room Quite Nice lawn area Friendly and helpful staff Filtered Water refill stations hot and cold Five Jacuzzis One baby pool One awesome pool Nice pool seating Inside Common area is comfy and inviting with lots of seating and tables.
Cons: Lighting in the living room was dark by the table and refrigerator, microwave, coffee area. Missed having a desk with a good light.
No light outside our door, dark table area.
The shower and toilet room had a wide space between the toilet paper dispenser and the toilet, could not reach and had to drape paper over a wastebasket. This space was where a small vanity with a sink would be placed. This hotel should fix this problem by adding a vanity. At least a makeup vanity, but the lighting in this room is awful, daylight bright made me uncomfortable. There is no place to place clothing or toiletries in this shower toilet room. Awkward space.
Not enough hooks for hanging towels.
Only one sink on sink vanity with a nice long counter, this is located in an area between the bedroom and living room.
Small area to hang clothing
Not all of the Jacuzzi jets work in the common and pool areas. But sure is fun going from spa to spa. Outside green area had some holes hidden in the grass. Picnic tables were better than nothing. Trash not picked up around other entrances
Overall, this is one of the best hotels in the area! Improvements that would step it up are as follows: Outside Dedicated sitting areas with a fire pit and comfy chairs. Maybe a bench or two in other green spaces. Fix the holes hidden in the grass.
Fix the toilet area, so that i am not nearly falling off a toilet...
