Celebrity Inn — Hotel in Branson

Celebrity Inn is a great hotel! I have been there 3 times and loved it every time. The staff is super friendly and welcoming from the time you call to get a reservation to the time you check out. They have it decorated nice for the season/holidays which makes it very inviting! They have a wonderful breakfast with a variety of things, which I only had once, because I'm not really a morning person. They have an indoor AND outdoor pool. The indoor pool area also offers a jacuzzi tub. The rates are awesome, and they work with you on deals with ticket packages to shows and activities. The rooms are clean and cozy and it's a newer hotel so it's very updated. The staff also goes the extra mile to get you anything you may need. The location is back out of the way of all the traffic and noise so a very quiet place for privacy and relaxation. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and strangers! I love having a nice go to hotel to stay when going to Branson so you take the worry out of trying to find a great place! You don't have to spend time looking for lodging and can focus on family and the other fun things to do on your trip. I would like to mention Michelle as she took my reservation, and Ursula who greeted us when we got there and when we left. She also helped set up our next stay. This hotel was in such a convenient loction. Close enough to the strip to get to places quickly, but still off the strip and in an area that is surrounded by woods. We were on the 3rd floor and the view was great. We had hot water at all times of the day, the heater/AC worked very well, and the room was clean and cozy. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very basic, but fresh and tasty. There were also cereal, juices, coffee, tea, and flavored water along with breads and condiments. The outdoor pool was closed, so we took advantage off the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Wow! I have stayed in Marriots and Hiltons for work a lot, and the Celebrity Inn's indoor pool and jacuzzi area was far better than those. The water was warm, the facility was nice, and plenty of fresh towels. My only complaints: having a comforter on the bed in the colder months would have been nice. I didnt think to check all the drawers until checkout morning and didnt know we had a wool material type blanket in the dresser, but that was it. The bed was med with sheets and then a thin blanket/thick sheet on top and I was pretty cold at night with that. Other complaint: the window heat/ac unit was extremely loud when jt kicked on. Easy fix, we set it to have the fan run instantly. If we hadnt have done that, it for sure would have woken us in our sleep. All in all, we would absolutely...

The price was AMAZING... so much so, I was expecting a pretty run-down facility. I WAS SO WRONG! It is a beautifully updated hotel with nice and clean rooms (they even offer bath robes, something I have never encountered - even at hotels with 4 times the cost). The indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub were standard, clean, and operational (I have stayed at several others in this area, and the pools were either filthy or not in operation). Wonderful breakfast and AMAZING staff!! Check in was hassle free, and out of the (seriously) hundreds of hotels/condos I have stayed at in my life so far, their housekeeper (on my side of the building, at least), was the most friendly and kind housekeeper I have ever met to date. She was obviously busy, but still took the time to say hello and engage in a small amount of polite conversation before moving on to her duties. It is a slight bit off the "beaten path," but super quick and easy to get to, and the location was beautiful. A few hours after checkout, I received a text asking how my stay was and if there was anything they could improve upon.
