★☆☆☆☆ Beware of Spinnaker Resort’s Seminar – Misleading, Pushy, and Full of Empty Promises My husband and I were approached at breakfast by a man named Larry, who seemed friendly and chatty. He offered us what sounded like a great deal: attend a “90-minute” sales seminar the next morning, and in return, we’d receive a $150 Visa gift card and a voucher for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom hotel stay (sleeps 6) valid for 18 months. We showed up for the seminar at 9 AM. Instead of a quick presentation, we were shuffled between FIVE different salespeople, each pushing us aggressively to buy into their timeshare program. We declined multiple times. The “90 minutes” turned into over 3 hours of high-pressure tactics. When we finally left, we were rushed out with the $150 Visa split into three separate cards (not exactly what was promised) and a tiny slip of paper for the hotel stay. The gift cards worked — but when I went to redeem the hotel stay later, everything unraveled: The voucher was only valid for ONE year, not 18 months. We had to put up a $150 deposit to even use it. Every single location only offered 1-bedroom units, and the cost to “upgrade” to the 2-bedroom we were promised was in the thousands of dollars. I reached out to Larry, who at first said he’d talk to his manager and even offered to cover it out of pocket if it couldn’t be fixed. After a day of back-and-forth… he stopped responding completely. I contacted the seminar location directly, spoke to a woman who promised to speak to Larry’s boss, and she too never called or emailed me back. We are so thankful we didn’t buy into their sales pitch, because if this is how they treat people before you spend thousands, I can only imagine the nightmare afterward. This experience was full of false advertising, misleading promises, and zero follow-through. If you value your time, money, and sanity — skip the “free” offers and avoid Spinnaker Resort altogether.

Very nice 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with jetted tube. No dual sink but sufficient space for two. Living room, dining room, peninsula with 3 high top chairs, Lani. No ceiling fans. Nice King size bed. Indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool. Many activities. Get attractions tickets at concierge. Norah at concierge was great 😃. WiFi is terrible. Hot Tub was a warm 102. Problem with the washer in our unit. It wouldn't work. Wasted 2 hours of our vacation. Resolution was to give us key to adjoining room and use that washer. Believe it or not it had a problem too. These are new washer dryers and are problematic. Now the air conditioner doesn't work. One thing after another. Palace View at Spinnaker in Branson MO Pretty nice. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with jetted tub, living room, dining room, full kitchen, peninsula, Lani, indoor outdoor pool, hot tub. WiFi is terrible, horrible, the worst! Hot Tub was a warm tub about 102. Glen is a fantastic service man. He fixed our air conditioner. Last night we opened the windows and back door to the Lani and used the 2 fans provided. Now Glenn needs to fix the washer. Washer works today but took some effort to get it started. I still think the lid latch detection device needs to be replaced.

Peaceful, spacious, and perfect for families—Palace View by Spinnaker is a Branson gem! We had a wonderful stay at Palace View by Spinnaker. The room was impressively spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and a relaxing bathtub that made it feel like home. The view from our unit was lovely—trees, hills, and a quiet ambiance that helped us unwind after busy days exploring Branson. 🌟 What stood out most was the peaceful atmosphere. Despite being just minutes from top attractions like the Aquarium, Wax Museum, and shows on Highway 76, the resort felt tucked away and serene. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm. 👧 Our kids loved the daytime activities offered by the resort—crafts, games, and outdoor fun that gave them something to look forward to each morning. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. 🧼 Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the pool area to the laundry facilities. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth. If you're looking for a family-friendly place with space to breathe, great amenities, and easy access to Branson’s entertainment, Palace View by Spinnaker is a fantastic choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

If you value security do not stay here. We have been here for a week and come here several times a year for the last 3 years. I had no idea the security was as bad as it is. There was a thief getting into cars in the heights side. This happened on Dec 17th at 0545. When I found out I had a computer stolen and my brother had 2 pistols stolen, we reported it to the front desk and the police. The afternoon of the 17th I went to the front desk to review the cameras. They only have one camera at the very begining of each parking lot and the quality is awful. You cannot see 2/3 parking lots. I witnessed multiple vehicles that were rummaged through and things were stolen. I asked the front desk if they were going to notify the guests of the incident. They said the havnt and probably won't. They can just report it to the police... I asked if they sent anyone around the area to see if anything was dropped or if they could find and entrance. They did not do that until I asked 14 hours after the incident. I walked the area and to my suprise there are 2 unlockable gates that thieves can just walk right up to the place. Within 100 feet of people's back doors. I asked the on site manager if there were going to do anything about security and was told it's a corporate problem. I called corporate and they said it's a site manager problem. I finally get the general managers number (adam). I called him 2 days after the incident and all he said he knew about it was an email he glanced at. When asked if he had plans to fix the gate issue and get better cameras he stated they have been looking into it. I fail to believe this as there are other reviews on here concerning theft from 2019 and they have done nothing. When I asked the lady at the front desk how often this happens she stated. "It's usually in the summer not as much in the winter". They know they have a security problem and do not care to do anything about it. Two days after the event and im still talking to people around me theat had no clue someone was going through vehicles. One man's car shows the thief going through his trunk AT THE VERY FRONT OF THE CAMERA/PARKING LOT and they still didn't notify the old man about it. The only thing worst than thier supposed security is thier lack of care for it. I was contacted 2 days after the theft by the front desk. I was hoping it was about the video surveillance or the manager but no, it was a sales guy asking me to attend a 1200 meeting the next day for some time share stuff and I would recieve a $150 gift card. They will offer you things for presentations but nothing in regards to your stolen property or security concerns. I've spent thousands coming here the last 3-4 years and have had multiple families book as well so we could be close. We will not be back unless something is done about the security. We enjoyed the rooms. Also there was another lady that had a friend staying who's debit card was stolen. She attended a time share meeting and brought up the security. She was laughed at and told "that doesn't happen here" and was sent away from the meeting.

I'm glad the owner/ manager has time to comment on every other...

My wife and I arrived at 10 minutes before miidnight on Wenwsday March 21st and the young lady that checked us in was awesome. You can check in until midnight. She was already helping a family of 4 when we walked in. She also had to open the gate for someone twice, who couldn't figure out how to open the gate and then drive in. She was very courteous and very, very friendlly. We had just driven 4.5 hours none stop and my wife and I were very tired and the young lady made an awesome first impression.

We had one maintenance issue with our condo; I ran out of hot water while taking a shower. After notifying the front desk, maintenance arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem.

The 1 bedroom condo (105A) exceeded our expectations. It had a full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils were provided. There was a stacked Washer and Dryer, a furnished living room with entertainment center and a sofa with a fold out bed. Screened in back porch with a table and chairs. Huge bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower and a jetted tub. Towels supplied.

We had four issues with this condo; In the living room area you could hear the people talking in the room next to us if they were talking loudly. The smoke detector malfunctioned one morning and went of 3 times between 6 and 7 am. We could hear the footsteps of the people above us while we were in the bedroom and bath room but it did not keep us up at night. Our bedroom window was next to the dumpster and the trash pick up came around 6am.

Our checkout experience with Billy Bob was fantastic. He was the only one working the front desk. When we walked in there were several customers in line waiting. He took his time with everyone and he provided great customer service to each person. He also thanked everyone after he was done. He also had five to six phone calls and he handled his duties with great professionalism. Billy Bob needs to be reconized for his outstanding customer service and positive attitude. He is a great represenitive for this company.

We also asked to see a 2 bedroom condo and Billy Bob asked one of the maintenance men take us over to a model unit. Even though they were very busy, the maintenance man who helped us was great. He was very personable and friendlly. We never felt rushed, and he let us take our time.

There are at least 4 swimming pools on the property, 2 workout centers with pool tables and ping pong tables, outdoor shuffle board, and a playground for kids

This was my wife's and I's 21st wedding anniversary and this helped create great memory for us. Thanks to all the staff.

My wife and I have stayed at two other resorts prior to this one and Palace View is the best one so far. Due to our great experience, we our bringing our entire family...

We were down here in July for our trip to Branson, because our normal resort we stay at (Diamond Resorts) was full so we were transferred here. While not quite as nice as the Diamond Resorts, we did really enjoy our stay here. Our group was a size of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, and we stayed in one of the buildings (number 7) with wooden support beams. The outside looked very nice, and the area we were at, had a small kids park which was nice for our kids. The resort had at least 2 outdoor pools that we saw, and one indoor pool close to where you check in. All the pools looked very clean and well kept, and staff regularly had towels available. Also, next to the indoor pool, was a shuffle board which we never had a chance to try out. Our actual room was very well kept, and mostly clean. Due to our refrigerator leaking water, and having to mop it up, the floors in the kitchen we're fairly dirty. At the least, speaking of the refrigerator, one quick call to the office and the maintenance person came to fix it very quickly, and we never had issues with it again while we there. One gripe I do have with the rooms, is that the resort only provides one roll of paper towels and toilet paper, if you need more, you have to buy it yourself off the resort, which is something we are not used to wheb staying out here, and was a bit disappointing. One thing we really did like about the place, is the numerous and mostly kid orientated activities that the resort hosts. The pool side movie was definitely a favorite of our family. One big complaint I did have, is the pointless gate to enter the resort. I imagine it is there solely for the fact that the place can call itself a gated community, but it was a large inconvenience whenever entering or exiting the resort. It is really rough when entering, since the entrance is on a very steep hill. Also, there is a call button which will just open the gate without any interaction with a person, further making the gate pointless in my opinion. The gate certainly wasn't a deal breaker to stay at the resort, but it was a very common complaint with us and other groups of people we talked with during our stay. Overall the positives far out with the small negatives, and I would definitely stay here again. I do hope in the future, something could be done about that damn gate though lol, I cannot stress enough how much I...
