Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Branson

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I should have known I was going to have a bad experience when I walked up to the door and the front counter girl was outside smoking. She watched me walk in, continued to smoke for another 30 seconds and then headed in. Now that didn't bother me too much. But when she skipped the hand washing sink and just put a dime size of sanitizer on her hands that should have been a red flag. So I arrived approx 35 minutes after placing an order for two pizzas online since the website said it would take 30-35 minutes. I was told they weren't quite ready. So, I then waited another TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. So just over an hour after I ordered my pizzas the employee in the back called my name. I proceeded to wsut at the front counter another 8 minutes for Miss Hand sanitizer. Once she came up I informed her that they had called my name. She then looked in the hot box and told me "Well there isn't any pizzas in there sooooo" I again simply told her they called my name saying my order was ready. She then asked for my receipt and went to ask the employee working the oven if they had in fact called my name. The employee stated they had made one of my pizzas incorrectly. Needless to say I was very frustrated at this point as it had now been an hour and ten minutes since ordering. I asked her how long that was going to take. She told me at least another 15 minutes. I then asked for a refund since I had waited more than an hour when online it said 30-35 minutes. Miss Hand sanitizer had the audacity to tell me "Well that is just an estimate". I restated that I would like a refund. It then took her almost ten additional minutes to figure out how to refund it back to my card. So in closing, I waited over 1 hour & 20 minutes and left with nothing. Worst experience I have ever had in a Pizza Hut in my life. It blows my mind that the management team could be so incompetent to have a staff like this on a Friday night in a TOURIST TOWN...

So this is the world we live in these days. I asked if I can use the restroom while I'm waiting for my pizza to finish, I am told no and that I have to wait outside until my order is ready. So it's perfectly acceptable to have your customers stand out in the cold while waiting for their Pizza to finish. Whatever happened to a thing called customer service. I'm a bartender local restaurant and I can tell you what if you want to sit at the bar and have a drink and use our restroom while you're waiting for you to go to 100% go for it. It's obviously not for covid reasons because I see two other people sitting there in chairs not but a foot apart whether they are delivery drivers or not they don't have masks on and don't appear to be worried about covid nor do any of their employees. So again what is up Pizza Hut on making me stand outside while you finish off my order. I will not be back to...

I am very unhappy I ordered my food tonight for carryout and when sent how long it would be was told 20 min that was wrong more like 40 min and then they got part of my order wrong I ordered a large hand tossed meatlovers pizza which they got right ordered bread sticks also got this my medium hand tossed pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni and black olives instead I got a bacon and black olives I didn't want bacon on that one the crust on both pizzas were the taste was not right the sauce tastes very can tomato sauce type the bread sticks were heavy and tough I am very unhappy and while I was there the gal at the front kept apologizing cause she had no control over the back as they seemed to be taking there time and not doing there jobs as they should be including what looked like the manager very unhappy the picture of the pizza that's bacon...
