My 37 minute experience that had me dig deep into my wallet, at $60 for one person. Let me start out by saying, I eat Japanese food all the time. Red flags were raised when they CHARGE extra for fried rice. It's like a steak house charging for the baked potato. I ordered steak, (the fattiest steak that I've ever put in my mouth. Not edible.) Now, mind you for this $60 dinner you eat on plastic plates that you have to constantly lift up for food. Makes you feel like your in a soup kitchen. I didn't know I would have to work for my dinner. It started off with the "chef" scraping the fried rice off his spatchla onto your plate in order to get the rice off. It was like yesterday's oatmeal coming off. As I begin to eat the mediocre food. I'm interrupted to lift my plate again. I had to do this for my rice, veg, shrimp, scallop, and steak..(37) minutes folks. Now, that doesn't include the small space the server could not fit through. So I had to constantly work with her to take and give her my soup and salad bowls. I was never offered a drink other than the water in the beginning of the meal. I indulged in an alcoholic beverage and felt I had to beg for the two I had. Passing those added more work for me and this experience! Branson has really impressed me as far as food is concerned. If you like to over pay for horrible service, work while you eat off your plastic plates, and love to over pay for a meal that charges you extra for the ONLY starch served with dinner, this is the place for you! This is the first and last review I'VE...

We went with a party of 10 for dinner. The waitress was friendly, however we received poor service. Our appetizer plates were left on the table till the end of our dinner. Many of our drink glasses were left empty until I went to find her in the back of the resturant. Our habachi chef was lost from the moment he walked up to our table. Everything was WAY overcooked. At the end of our meal I asked to speak to the manager. Our waitress could not find him. When we witnessed him walk in the front door from out in the parking lot he would not come to talk to us. After 10 minutes I walked to the back of the resturant and asked to speak to the manager again. Only then would he visit with me. After I explained to him how bad our food was he started arguing with me about the food. I remined him that he did not have to eat it and I asked him how he could argue with me that the food was overcooked. The steak and lobster were rubbery. I ended up signing the check and walking out after he told me for the 4th time that I was wrong and the food was cooked properly. It was shamefull how bad the service and food was. We will...
ย ย ย Read morewe were the last table so i do feel bad, but iโm pretty sure they throw a chef in training out to cook. He did not clean the table before he start to cook. Forgot to ask how we want our steak to cook until he cook it for a little bit. After he ask us and the other four people at the table, we choose medium and they choose medium rare. At this point the steak is getting to medium already and he didnโt took it out to serve, so by the end the other people got medium for their stake and we got medium well. Also the lobster was left on the heat until the chicken and steak finish cooking so by the time it serve it was chewy and rubbery. The cook also forgot to give one of us veggies, when i try to ask him twice he either didnโt hear or ignore us, I have to ask the waitress, they ended up cooking it in the back. Not a single time between this and when we leave did we get an apology. I understand the chef in training need experience but if a mistake is made it need to be acknowledged, rather then brush it off as if he didnโt...
