I’ve never really written reviews before, however, after my experience with Carlsbad Gaming PC I felt like I had to write one for the amazing service and PC build I received.

As someone who was new to PC gaming, I was nervous and a little lost where to start in terms of what kind of PC I should be getting for the types of games and applications I was planning on using. Mark however helped walk me through everything and answered any questions I had. I could tell that Mark is not only an expert in his field, but also honest and truly wanted to help me achieve my dream PC without any unneeded bells and whistles. Also throughout the process Mark was prompt in answering my questions and periodically gave me updates throughout the build once we finalized what I was looking for.

As for the final product, my PC has been running amazingly! I can play my games on high level graphics and without lag, and run applications with ease. Not only that, but the PC itself looks amazing! Super clean and I appreciate that they were able to build an all white PC that I was looking for. Shoutout to Gray for putting it together!

Overall, whether you are a beginner PC gamer or someone who is looking to upgrade their PC, I highly recommend Carlsbad Gaming PC! I’ve already recommended their services to friends and family. As a first-time PC gamer, I was honestly a bit overwhelmed walking into the world of custom computers. But after my experience shopping here, I can confidently say I made the best possible choice. From start to finish, the service and attention I received were absolutely top-notch.

Mark, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I built PCS for a long time, but there's some things I just don't touch. My 2070 super all of a sudden started overheating to over 90° C. So I found this shop, took my PC down there. The original plan was to repair the heatsink and thermal paste on the graphics card. Mark came out and chimed in, saying he has on good authority there will be a graphics card shortage in the future. This could be seen as a sales tactic but in my PC building experience GPU shortages are devastating. So I trusted him and bought the 4070 super.

This was back in January. Low and behold, there's a huge GPU shortage right now. The GPU I bought is $400 more than when I bought it. So I owe it to Carlsbad Gaming PC that I'm not struggling to upgrade or overpaying. Price of the card and labor was very reasonable.
