Mattress Firm Parkside — Hotel in Cary

I went in to the Mattress Firm the other day not knowing anything except that my back hurt all the time, and I never slept well. Having no clue about mattresses beyond what you learn sleeping on them I had to rely on their salesman Jay to get me up to speed on the incredible new mattresses they make these days. Now I know I said salesman because that’s Jay’s job, but at no time was I under any pressure, or pushed toward something more expensive. In fact Jay slowed me down, and made sure I tried a bunch of different mattresses before I made my choice. I found the one I wanted with his help, and learned a lot on the process. These new beds are a serious investment, and Mattress Firm represented by Jay Morgenstern made sure I felt good about the investment I was making. My mattress is being delivered Sunday, and I feel like a little kid before Christmas. Haven’t felt like that in years. Thank you Jay for all your help. I highly recommend Mattress Firm, and Jay in particular. I would not recommend this mattress store. We had purchased a 2K mattress for our son and we were transferring from a crib to a full size bed. We had converted our crib to a bed the night before delivery and they canceled delivery and postponed for 5 more days. So our son would have no where to sleep. They were very rude to me when I went into the store and I told them I would go another mattress store to find what we wanted in stock if they could not resolve our issue in faster timeline. Their answer was "go ahead". I walked out of the store and went to Mattress Warehouse in Apex and they took care of us right away and cancelled my order with Mattress Firm. This store was much better as a Sleepys. Mattress Firm, you have lost a customer forever and you will never see dime of my money again. My family will has spent over 10K in mattress purchases in last 5 years and you will not grow and continue to lose your customer base treating people this way, especially in an area where you have 10 other choices of...

Gem was very helpful, knowledge and kind. I was able to choose the correct bed for my needs as I have spine and neck issues. She answered all my questions and gave me the time to get comfortable with my purchase, I laid down for a while to test out all the features, very satisfying! Delivery had a hiccup, but our beds were delivered the next morning. The delivery crew were all excellent!! They took time to answer questions and ensure we were satisfied with the placement and height. The staff coordinated to help us get things organized, each person I spoke with or texted were professional and helpful, thank you!
