Read the other reviews of this place, how it is NEVER crowded on busy Sunday lunches, etc...even the nice, primetime reviews speak of how empty this place stays.
You all wasted 14 dollars of my time. Good food, but mocking and laughing at me, then LYING about it made me mad. I'll be quick.
Mans took my order. I tried to flag down someone making the food NOT taking orders at the window. They try and ask the guy taking the orders...to stop and help. Instead of helping me. Michael, a black man, like myself, by the way, begins mocking me with both hands in the air like a person directing take-off traffic at an airport. I get mad. I ask for the name at the window. Mans taking orders goes "oh, he wasn't mocking you". I ask for the manager to come outside to speak to me about it...it's a drive thru. Nothing. I go inside. Ask Michael for his name...he gave it to me, I demanded with kindness and respect, did not ask. I slap the counter, say thanks, then leave to finish the great food I paid sit-down money for. Only as I am leaving am I stopped by the MOD.
"Is there a problem?"
"Yeah, Michael was a [so and so] so I wanted his name to leave this review, have a good one."
As I am leaving she says because he new has everything to do with his behavior.
People are rude because they are lazy, underpaid, and spoiled. I have worked several jobs. This was my first. I covered everyone then, unlike whilst driving semis, which I miss doing and also hated because of traffic. People also cannot drive or cannot afford to drive, so showing up to a job like this one? I get it, who cares.
You mock me, you need to know you are worthless...not just to me. Not just in my opinion. Sorry you chose your path, it looks like it fits well.
I won't be back here. Barely ever came here. I see why now, I mean, the food was perfect and ruined, all at once! I will try it all over again somewhere else and will be able to review the difference in staffing that way, by using my hard-earned money to inform people of bad service given by people I used to have to cover shifts for 16 years ago until, you guessed it, now and undoubtedly in the...
Read moreI do Lyft do sometimes I want an oatmeal after breakfast hours, I learned that they sale it all day. Panera bread has one of the better oatmeal options with the strawberries and brown sugar crunch option ( also has pecans but I’m deathly allergic so I get it without ). I do always request 2 creamers if I’m sitting in I add half and half. This was my first and last time at this location (which I frequent) I won’t be back due to the young lady who is working the drive thru because if she didn’t want to come up work today she should have called out !!! Despite how my day is going I am always joyful because I have worked in fast food & they have nothing to do with how my day is going. When I come to an establishment and spend ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY especially $6.27 on a bowl of oatmeal, I EXPECT CHIC FILA service and attitude especially when I’m being very pleasant with you. She greeted me I asked if I could get oatmeal no pecans, she replies uhm we are out of oatmeal, that is usually a breakfast item (with a smug attitude). The etiquette in which I was taught is to smile when on the phone or over a speaker because you can hear the smile in someone’s voice. I could hear the irritation & frustration in hers!!! A young man came over the speaker and tried to smooth things over, after I responded with well oatmeal is usually an item on your menu that’s sold all day. When I pulled to the window to get my food the way she threw it, confirmed she had an attitude, when I asked for the creamer I requested at the speaker (because it was not in the bag); she replied what with her face balled up!!! I repeated myself she got it, slammed the refrigerator door it was in and proceeded to hand it to me like dropping it in my hand like she was disgusted 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 luckily I’ve changed my attitude, how I react and respond to individuals like her!!! I really thank God for change. Other than that the line moved efficiently and was not a long wait like the one on capital Blvd in Raleigh. To the young man who tried to smooth it over, you may need to put her on the front line or kitchen; not the...
Read moreCurrently sitting here while my daughter and her friend eat their post-school snack. The buzzer went off and I approached the counter. They didn’t have the food on the plate yet and said they weren’t sure if they had already made our order. They threw it on the plates and off began our experience. The pastry was hard as a brick, so I asked if they could heat it. No apology was given or correction to be made.. I was pointed to the microwave. Sure, the center softened but it was still hard and cooled so quickly they had to eat it right away. (They didn’t want to eat the outer parts — half wasted because it couldn’t be eaten) My daughter went to eat her soup and she realized she had a spoon with food still on it. Gross. So I walked up to the counter again and they didn’t apologize or anything! Just gave me another one. Literally everyone who is working right now is going through the motions and don’t really care about the quality or cleanliness. I will not be returning. Panera is overpriced to begin with — I haven’t been in a while and this is exactly why... not worth it at all. Thank goodness I went to Smoothie King...
