RH Outlet Cary — Local services in Cary

We have purchased 7 items from Restoration Hardware outlet, we left them packaged until we moved into our new home. The items that we left at the store for delivery had sold stickers placed on the top or the front of the wood pieces, which we did not notice until we unpacked at our new home. If you purchase an item and have it delivered, be sure to ask the sales associate to not put stickers on a visible area. The sticker that was placed on top of our lacquered sideboard came right off with Dawn and water. That was after I used a hairdryer and then white distilled vinegar to try to remove the adhesive. I’m still working on the matte stained table top and matte painted credenza. The other items we brought home directly from the store and have no problems. Otherwise, the store is beautiful and slightly less expensive than if you have the RH membership. Shipping is not included with either, same with RH full priced purchases. Amazing selection, prices and customer service. Craig and Christina were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. They were very patient and customer service is a genuine priority for them. Some outlets let designers come in and tag a bunch of inventory for the day, but not here. The rules for holding items apply equally for everyone, so there's not a mad rush to tag inventory at opening (thank goodness). Truly a fantastic experience. I just bought a cloud modular sofa 4-piece and I love it. This is expensive stuff so it’s nice to score a deal. If you’re going to do any shopping here, be prepared to spend. But the FIRST thing you need to do is go find the guy named Craig. He is the most personable representative of any business I’ve ever visited. He will devote time to helping you fit your needs and understand the RH Outlet logistics, even if he’s busy with the duties he has to take care of that moment.
