NAIL TECH JACK ..... I came in to get a manicure and pedicure A nail tech by the name of Jack did my pedicure. Everything was great to the point where he had to actually paint my toes. The colors I asked for were, 20 and 5B I turned my head for a second as I was getting my toes done and he had started to do the same color on both when I asked for him to do one color on each foot so he had to fix that that was the first Problem. When he went to try to find the color that I asked Him to do on my other foot he then told me they didn't have it .After I based my whole set off of those two colors. Now color 5B is drying and it still does not look like the color I chose. He said it was the correct color to me so I asked him to take it off because it was not correct. So I ended up having to leave with no paint on my toes at all. I asked if they had someone else that was able to work one my hands and feet for me and he replied no and said go somewhere else where someone else can help you. When I was leaving to check out, he tried to charge me $46 for the service. When initially he only said it would be $36 Just for the classic pedicure. He said they charged me an extra 10 for removing the polish he messed up on. When I Said to him that that did not make sense for me to get charged for a problem that was not from me. He then yelled at me and told me I will call the police since you don't want to pay. I never said I did not want to pay I only said this was not the price that I was told. I was already ready to pay the full payment, even though my service was not fulfilled. Yelling at me numerous times and saying you'll call the police on me when I'm just talking to him was outrageous. I would never want anyone to deal with such a rude worker. When I asked to speak to a manager about the problem, he said no we don't have a manager here. Pay the money or I call the police Having someone yell at you and talk to you like that in front of other customers is something no one should ever have to deal with any business I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would never come back myself.

Hi, I see that you all changed your original response to my review and when I attempted to call in no one answered the phone so I’d like to update mine as well and go more in depth about my experience at your salon since there seems to be some communication disconnects. I recently went in to get a full set and my fingers are now sore, raw, and extremely cut up. When I first arrived the tech assigned to me did not wash or sanitize her hands prior to beginning to work on my nails or ask me to wash mine. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I was or asked. When I initially asked how much everything would cost at reception I was told $50 and then after applying tips a man came by speaking in another language and she said it would be an extra 10.00 in order to get coffin nails then proceeded to give me square nails that don’t even slightly resemble coffin shape. It was not on the menu or even mentioned prior to her starting. The entire time the tech and other staff loudly spoke in another language and stood over each other while not paying attention and roughly filling my nails and skin off my fingers. After that she used a drill that left my nails stinging and sensitive to the touch. Ontop of that she went too far up and roughly removed my cuticles and skin around them. The lights were low so after paying and walking into the sunlight I realized around every single fingers there was dried acrylic around my nails and dried blood from where my skin had been removed. I went back in and told the man at the front and he sprayed my fingers with some clear liquid in a unlabeled spray bottle that stung really bad and then put oil after I asked for ointment. If someone’s fingers are raw with bits of dried up blood I don’t see how oil would be appropriate in any way. I did not have a chance to get a picture of the acrylic around my fingers or original rawness, but below is how they look after being drowned in 1st aid cream about 1-2 days later.

Never come here the truth is I would not recommend it to any family member or friend, or anyone who wants to get a first class nail service, I tell my experience in this place: I arrived in my car and parked in front of the store with my fiancee who had a booked appointment to get a pedicure, it took about more than 10 minutes sitting and parked in the car seeing what kind of pedicure would be done apparently the employees of this place do not like that they place cars in front of their store unless it is customers, clearly I was a customer and they didn't choose to ask if we were customers! Contrary to that they went and looked for some signs inside the store that said ā€œparking only for customersā€œ and literally placed it in front of my car, as if to say you can't be here and while they were doing this they laughed and muttered to each other, it seems to me a lack of judgment and a LACK of RESPECT such an attitude, however they also said to place this notice above the flowers things that cannot be done, such notices have to go on the pavement, they only placed it there because my car was there, fatal these people showing acts of discrimination and mockery, despite that my girlfriend needed the pedicure so we went in and she did it but she would definitely never come back to this place, seriously don't ever come before anything there should be respect more if we are giving our money to other people, 1/5 āļø very bad place. Please read my experience before going to this place! I’m not the one to really write a review but I feel like, at this point in my frustration, I’m definitely going to write a review…….so first off I just want to start off with saying, I’m a nail tech myself and decided to go here because I’m currently in nursing school and stopped doing nails. Plus, I just wanted some self care for myself.

I went to this salon to get a full set acrylic French tip. I first sat down with a guy who didn’t know what he was doing when it came to applying the tips . It would dry up and not stick. Then he didn’t have his materials all with him and got up more than 4 times: then I was told to move and sit with another nail tech which was a lady (Lynn). She did my nails and I loved how they turned out. I was charged $100 for the set which I didn’t mind. I’m not the one to complain about prices. On top of giving the lady $20 CASH in tip. But let’s keep that in mind, with what I spent for this set. The lady was nice and held conversation with me while doing my nails. Nothing to complain there. The issue starts once I paid for service and left the salon.

Fast forward, the day AFTER getting my nails done, I had a nail come off. I was shocked because this doesn’t happen to me and I wasn’t doing anything big for it to just pop off the way it did. I went back to the nail salon to get it fixed (FOR FREE) by the SAME lady. I leave and that was that for that day. Then guess what, ANOTHER nail comes off!!! At this point, I’m like ā€œokay what’s going on nowā€ Even my fiancĆ© is looking at me like Wtf. I, again to back to the nail salon and get my nail fixed by the SAME lady. (Her name is Lynn. This is the time I found out her name) she didn’t charge me anything to fix my nail. But this time she made a comment and tried to blame it on my nails for being short. Little does she know, I’m a nail tech and prior to coming to this nail salon, and NEVER had an issue with my nails just coming off. I just ignored what she said honestly. RETENTION IS IMPORTANT. Hello! Anywho, I leave and go about my day. The following day, ANOTHER NAIL FALLS OFF!! At this point I’m VERY much frustrated and I didn’t even want to go back to the place at this point. So I didn’t go. Eventually I had went but went the next day. Lynn was not working that day and I ended up having another lady fix my nail. I again was NOT CHARGED! Which at this point I was not about to spend no money again in this place, hence I’ve already tipped Lynn THE FIRST AND SECOND time. Getting to the point, I get my nail fixed for now the THIRD time! The lady who did my nail she literally RUSBED the entire time doing my nails and seemed like she had an attitude but she sits on the second row from the front of the nail salon towards the window! (don’t know her name) This lady was about to apply acrylic to my nail, when the nail was hanging off and not fully glued to my nail!!! I had to tell her and she tried to say it is, but I said it’s not and she fixed it as she should. The shape of the nail wasn’t even the same and she made the WAY thicker than the others!! I was done I left. TWO DAYS LATER, ANOTHER nails come off and I ended up going to Lynn the same day, and she act as if it’s my fault the nails falling off. Lynn, I NEVER had this issue before since coming to you…and then tried to tell me that the next time she will charge me?!?? UMMMM NO YOU WONT BECAUSE I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS BUSINESS AGAIN BECAUSE WITHIN 1 week I have now had SEVEN NAILS come off !!!!!!! That’s basically the whole set!!

I notice that the ā€œnail techsā€ here are limited with what they can do and don’t know a lot when it comes to retention and maintaining a set to last a month or longer! Point is, it’s more then quality. Please learn retention! Just giving my experience.

Lynn did my eyebrows wonderful, I will give her the credit for that. But as far as my nails, I didn’t have a great experience. My nails only...

Diamond Nails and Spa, Cary is the worst nail parlor I have ever been to. This was my first-time experience getting my nails done in N.C. I gave a careful thought before deciding on with this nail salon. My experience was such, that I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I went to the salon to get my nail filling and repairing done. I already had gel nail extensions and Nail Art on my nails. They suggested that I remove the current extensions and get a new one done, to which I agreed and told them that I need the exact same nail art which I currently have, and they promised they will be able to do it. The guy who did my nails had A MAJOR COMMUNICATION PROBLEM. He was UNWELCOMING and sort of a maniac who takes pleasure in someone's pain. He removed my nails ruthlessly and kept digging into my nails with his own nails. The procedure was extremely painful and uncalled for. When I complained about the pain, the guy started laughing. Before commencing the procedure, they didn't bother to clean the station or put a nice clean towel underneath my hands (like they did for others). I could feel the dust from a previous nail procedure on the table. The guy doing my nails couldn't match the design or the basic nail color. He did keep asking me if the nails looked ok, however, he didn't take my response positively and randomly got up in between the session and said he won't be doing my nails, I can get them done from someone else. Why take up a task when you're not competent enough to complete it. In between the session too the guy was making fun of nail art design I had asked him to do and commented "what a stupid design". After he got up, the other lady came to his rescue and almost started talking loudly in her language about my nail art design. One must accept their own failures and incompetency in the first place itself instead of accepting the challenge to undertake a task and then run away from it. The lady managed to complete my nails; however, I still see that she was not able to complete it neatly. There are nail paint gaps that I can see on my nails. The topcoat has not been applied properly and has streaks. The length of the nails is not equal on both hands. My nails were extremely sore and painful for two days after the session. My previously done nails were FAR BETTER and NEATER than what they did. I would not recommend anyone to visit this salon, not even...
