I generally have a superb customer service experience at Chick-Fil-A, but today was an indicator that the management at this location does not put any effort towards customer satisfaction or care about their customers. I arrived at 10:29 to grab a quick breakfast meal, knowing they may be running low on breakfast items and may not be able to fill my order entirely- no problem. I ran inside and placed an order for 3 count, 4 count mini, and a biscuit (as this is what the cashier told me was available- and I physically saw them sitting there to be handed to me). As I was in the process of handing the cashier money, the manager literally told her to cancel my order because someone in the drive through wanted the same thing. They then proceeded to tell me breakfast was no longer being served and to have a nice day. Only after asking if anything else was available a couple times in complete disbelief did they "authorize" me to buy two biscuits (after they took my food to give to another customer). No offers for a discount, a "we have other stuff to deal with, please leave" apology, and that was the end of their interaction with me. Keep in mind I was pleasant through the entire transaction, but management clearly needs to be more perceptive to the needs of their clients. I've never had someone cancel my order as I was in the middle of paying for it, especially with a lukewarm at best apology. Read moreI’m writing to share feedback about a recent visit to Chick-fil-A that was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish.
I came through the drive-thru with a coupon I had just received in the mail the day before for a free entrée. The card didn’t have a barcode, and when I handed it to the employee, I was told it had already been used and couldn’t be applied to my order. That was frustrating, especially since it was brand new and had never been used.
After placing my order, I was directed to pull around to the outside tent area where an employee was on her phone. I asked her about getting a receipt, and she told me I would receive it at the window. However, once I got to the window (we were the only car in the drive-thru), we sat there for about two minutes before being asked to pull forward to the stop sign. We then waited there for another three minutes before receiving our food. No receipt was ever given (or I would also fill out the contact card on the website), and unfortunately, the employee who took the coupon also threw the card away.
Now I’m left unsure whether two 4-count Chick-n-Minis meals with what was supposed to be a free entrée should have totaled $14.10. On top of that, it was the first time I’ve ever visited a Chick-fil-A and didn’t hear the usual friendly “my pleasure.” The overall customer service just didn’t reflect the experience I’ve come to expect from your brand. Read moreEdit Jan 30 2024: Visited them after long time today around 1:05 pm . Things never got changed. There were two drive through lanes. I picked an empty lane. Other lane had couple of cars. My order was just a milk shake. Despite getting my order through and payment done they did not let me in further. They were holding me because the other guys came earlier than me. They took very long time and I was told not let to go further. They were bit rude when I pulled up a feet . They thought Iam moving ahead. Patiently waited for the other cars to move forward and when my turn came just cancelled my order drove away. Not worth it. I have never seen chick flea imposing first come first serve rule anywhere. If you are going the serve the cars in order they entered why would you have two lanes..just have one lane. They only reson I keep visiting you is because you are the closest fastfood chain near my office. That advantage is not worth the experience you folks give.. Not visiting you anymore
Pathetic service. They always miss something. Straws, sauces etc. I need to drive back to get it. I had happened for the third time.
