I've stayed at this Parkside Courtyard location a couple of times for several days each. My rooms on the 6th floor were quiet with no bugs. Bathroom has a walk-in shower with mounted dispensers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The ventilation fan works well, I didn't notice too much humidity a few hours after a shower. Plenty of counter space. Three sets of towels. Hair dryer available. There's a note on the thermostat that says the fan will always be running. For the most part, this was true. Sometimes I was able to set the temperature to a magic point where everything shut off for several minutes. My room usually cooled off fairly soon after temperature adjustment and the actual temperature felt fairly true to the stated temp. Bed is fairly comfortable. Extra linens and blanket in the closet. Tiny refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig. This is the most annoying part for me - the tiny fridge that isn't able to store food and drinks for more than about a day. Takeout containers need to be slim or stackable. Pretty area out front with strings of lights in the evening. There were a few special events a few evenings, but plenty of parking available still. I haven't eaten in the restaurant, used the pool or fitness room. Convenient location for where I need to be so I'll probably consider staying again.

Rooms are very noisy, because the air-conditioning unit cannot be turned off. Windows cannot be open, even if the building only has 4 floors. It feels like sleeping near a truck engine. The room was dirty and remained dirty throughout the entire duration of my stay: I found a couple of M&M's on the floor, a clump of long hair near the bed, spider webs, and pubic hair in the shower. While the room has a curtain, it is completely useless, because you cannot pull it over the window, so you have to use the integrated blinders. This basically means you have to choose between having no privacy or only using artificial light during the day. The bed sheets have not been ironed. TV remote did not work. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, but I would prefer if they fixed stuff pro-actively, rather than react to customer complaints, especially the hygiene issues. Special shouts to the shuttle driver and the Albanian bar-tender, who work hard! The breakfast choices in the restaurant are quite varied, and generally healthy (which is unusual for the USA).

I stayed in a king room with a sofa bed. It has a very strange layout. First off there is no separating wall between the king section and where the sofa bed is, which is not a deal-breaker but definitely suboptimal. In addition there are two 50-inch TVs in the room that display the same picture and sound. You are able to turn off one of the TVs as you'll see in the picture. I'm not sure what they were thinking when they designed this room it's not very good. In addition there's no free breakfast. Also the sofa bed is a twin I believe. Who puts a twin sofa in a room? I am a Marriott gold member which got me the free upgrade I believe. I'll be staying at the Hilton down the street though 😁

After constant visits at different hotels, my mother in law knew this would be the perfect fit for my wedding. It was very convenient to hold a reception and venue and have our out of town guests stay all in one place. From the hotel lobby, bistro, public bathrooms, rooms, and everything in between it was very clean and I felt as ease with the sanitary precautions that were in place. Every one of the staff were very accomodating from our booking up until the morning after. Thank you to Ashley and Heather who have been corresponding with us from the very beginning making sure we checked everything off our wishlist! We forgot our cake topper the day of the wedding and the hotel was able to provide us one right on que! I didn't even realize it wasn't our cake topper until midway through the reception lol It fit our theme perfectly. Douglass at the front desk made sure we had all our rooms ready and made check in so easy. Jeffrey at the bar really made us feel at home with his humor and great personality. Give that man a raise!! All of the set up crew did a wonderful job with our reception, venue and cocktail hour space. Everything was set up and broke down in a timley manner which helped us stay on time to with our schedule. At the end of the night me and my husband were heading to the elevator to go up to our room and group of other hotel stayers were telling us that through the hotel there was talk about how amazing our wedding looked and it really made it a great way to end our night. None of it would have been possible without all the wonderful staff. They truly care about their guests. Again, big thank you to everyone for making our night as perfect as it was. 10/10 Really...

Such a disappointment. We were in town for a ceremony and chose to stay the night at this hotel for the indoor poor. While checking in we were not informed that the pool was by reservation only. Nor did it alert us of this when we reserved the room online. We went down to the pool to find out that we needed to have a reservation ahead of time. The lady at the front desk rudely told me that there was a sign in the lobby and the elevator that stated we needed a pool reservation. I asked her to show me the one in the lobby as neither my husband nor I had seen it at check in. The regular sized page had bold green print that said "Pool is now open. 10am-10pm" in smaller black print it did say something to the effect of ask front desk about reserving a time to swim. Like most people the only thing that stood out to us was the Large Bold Green print. We had been in the elevator several times that day and not one time had we seen the sign in there. So after finding out about the needed reservation we looked for the sign. It was posted at the very highest location possible nearly touching the ceiling. Completely out of eye level. Had we been alerted to this online or told about this at check in we would have stayed elsewhere. We have stayed at several hotels and resorts through this pandemic and this is the first one that has required a pool reservation. Our children are very disappointed as are we. 😞 Please do a better job of informing your guests...

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean, we stayed for two nights. The hotel staff was friendly. Michelle, the manager is extremely nice and accommodate me for a one night stay after we tried to check in but was told all the rooms were sold out. Not sure how that could happen when we had a reservation. Nevertheless, we were given a free night so it was ok. The stay itself was anything but peaceful. Constant jumping and running above our room the first night, then on night two screaming kids, loud TVs and running on the second night. I dealt with both incidents for hours until I finally reached out to the hotel staff. On night two of the loudness, I reached out to the staff at close to 10pm. The staff came upstairs directly to the room that was making the noise on night two, so I appreciated that. Although while lessened, they just turned up the TV extremely loud watching a movie until after midnight. I just tried to fall asleep and eventually did. Needless to say, it wasn’t an enjoyable or peaceful trip. I used to enjoy staying here pre-pandemic. Not so much now. They are constantly booked to capacity it seems and I understand why, it’s in close proximity to a lot of places and walkable. But, I can’t recommend this hotel because of the noise factor alone. Either the walls are extremely thin or this hotel attracts very rude people. Either way, I won’t be back. Two stars...
