Went to this restaurant after couple of months to only to find the service has become pathetic. To begin with, we were not seated promptly and the table we requested, the person said is reserved for owner’s family. We were shocked to know owner’s family was much more important to them than customers. The entire time we were there this table was empty with no occupancy. We could have been easily seated there. Wait time for food is around 30-45 mins which we patiently waited. While the food was good, the waiter Mr Rakesh had lots of attitude. We ordered first round of food and wanted to order second round and this person bluntly says order everything at once, please don’t order again and again. This is the most ridiculous thing ever! We were very taken aback by this comment and tried to talk to Mr. Rakesh, but he was so rude leave alone apologizing. At one point he says please write review, it doesn’t matter to me at all. Owner, if this is what your staff is saying, I am extremely concerned about your restaurant. This just shows what level of service this restaurant is offering. They simply don’t care about feedback or want to better their ways. I will be spreading the word among our huge friend as well as professional circle. Owner, if you are reading this kindly look into how how your staff is talking to customers and train them. Persis will never get business from us! I wish there was an...

I recently dined at Parkside Indian Grill in Cary, and it was a refreshing change from the typical Indian restaurant experience. Unlike many places that rely on premade gravies, Parkside Indian Grill stands out for its dedication to crafting each curry with care and authenticity.

Being an Indian it was difficult to understand some of their dish names since they are named so different. The staff patiently explained every dish to us.

The first thing that struck me was the depth and complexity of the flavors in every dish. It's clear that a lot of effort goes into preparing each curry, as the spices were well-balanced and the ingredients tasted fresh. The diwani Hundi, for instance, had a rich, creamy texture with a perfect blend of spices that made each bite delightful. Paneer 777 is spicy for sure and it s good an interesting flavor and not sure if it goes well with Paneer.

The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it a great place for a relaxed meal with family or friends. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, happy to explain the dishes and make recommendations.

Overall, Parkside Indian Grill is not your regular Indian restaurant. Their commitment to quality and authenticity shines through in every dish. If you’re looking for an Indian dining experience where each curry is thoughtfully prepared, Parkside Indian Grill is definitely...

Good quality and tasty food for sure; however, make sure you get your catering orders well discussed and confirmed over the paper receipt and check double or triple if needs to be over the phone, email, text etc.

I had a little unprofessional experience with my first ever catering order from this place on a special occasion last Saturday (food for 80 people so you can imagine how much I might have paid already). I had placed my order well in advance with one of the partners of this restaurant, however, after he wrote it on a small piece of paper, and in just 5 mins I asked him something which was marked for review to change to make it final, but he verbally said he will write it down and then forgot and my order was little messed up. Then when I was talking to him over the phone as he was not around, he said can you adjust with that (no sorry and no please kind of words from him :); look at the attitude towards customers. Taken for granted.)

Overall good quality food which our gusts enjoyed for sure, but these guys surely need to add more professionalism (confirmed orders over computers or somewhere really smart to track for their kitchen folks) when handing large catering orders. I mean in smartphone era and online everything, such small thing can easily be managed.

Hope they would take this review /...

Pricey and rude! I came here for lunch and had the buffet with several coworkers. There was nothing special about the buffet as it was just typical Indian fair, however, very limited. When I went to pay, I was quite shocked to see that the price was $14! For the options that they had, $14 was a little too much. I would think this place was around $10 or $11. They do provide bottled water on the table instead of glasses of water. Perhaps you're paying two or three dollars extra for the water. I would not come here again unless someone else was paying for it. UPDATE: I wrote this review while waiting in the restaurant after just eating. As I was waiting for my coworkers to finish up, the Manager/owner came up to me and asked/requested to me "Are you finish? If so, you have to leave because people are waiting on tables". The message was delivered rudely as he repeated it to my other coworkers who were finished. In my life, I have never been asked to leave a restaurant because someone else was waiting on a table. We had only been there for 25minutes ..it was a buffet afterall.

My wife and I went there for the dosa night special. Food was great, the dosa were crispy and the other buffet items were full of flavor. It was our first time having semiya payasam as dessert, and we would have our third cup if we weren't full. Hats off to the MVP at the dosa station. He was making dosa non-stop the entire night while we were there, and you can tell he tried to make each one of them as good as possible. The line was never ended and people kept going back to him for more! The dosa night special was a great deal, and we regretted that we should have ordered something from the menu on top of the dosa so we could try other dishes from the kitchen, just like the table next to us did. Another table was ordered straight from the menu and they smelt great. We will be back for the menu item next time.
