I cannot say enough positive things about this nail salon. As someone who works in the health care field with immunocompromised patients, I have struggled to find a salon that is 1) clean 2) thoughtful from a COVID risk reduction perspective all while 3) being good quality work with a technician that I trust. I have found all of that and more with Hannah as my new nail technician!

Since this is a 1-on-1 salon, you are the only person in Hannah's salon for the duration of your appointment. She goes above and beyond to make your experience as positive and relaxing as possible- from adjusting what is on the TV for you to providing heated shoulder wraps during your appointment. It really feels like a treat each time you go in to get your nails done.

Her quality of work is also very high. She cares about the health of your nails and will make recommendations for products to optimize the ultimate long term health of your nails, which I especially appreciate. She also cares about you as a person, which is one of the many things that sets her and the experience she provides apart from other nail salons in the area.

Another benefit is that it is easy to park at this location, and it is incredibly easy to book an appointment online with her. She is extremely punctual so that you will not wait past your appointment time to see her, unlike other nail salons! I caught a toe nail fungus that I'm currently trying to get rid of. It's just not worth it.

Update: The owner wrote a very lengthy and untrue response to my negative review. I had just moved from Florida and only lived in NC for 1 month when I visited this nail salon. IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT. I don't wear synthetic nails or even nail polish. I only went for a pedicure and left without any polish on my toe nails. This nail salon is at Park side main. I clicked on the same link I used to make the appointment to leave the review, so this is definitely the same nail salon. The fact that the owner would create some ridiculous story about canceled appointments and problematic payments when my real name isn't even associated with my google profile is insane and says a lot about their ethics. I had the best experience with Hannah! She is very attentive, gentle and has such a positive uplifting energy.

Pedicure - relaxing, made my legs and feet so soft, I like to get different color French with regular polish and that was no problem which I was excited about

Manicure - the water was warm! I have gotten so many manicures where the water is cold, Hannah pays attention to your comfort and takes her time, very gentle when pushing cuticles back! Very nice message

Eye brow - she has my brows looking nice! She listens to what you want, was very gentle and put a good amount of aloe for soothing, my eyebrows are usually red all day after, but not with Hannah!
