The cookies are good but i got sick after eating them and woke up the next morning with hives.Whether it was the cookies or not iâm unsure but i know i didnât eat anything different that day. We ordered a pickup on doordash and when we walked in no one greeted us, they didn't seem interested in helping us when we stood in front of the pick-up counter even with one employee in front of the counter cleaning up. We had informed them we were picking up from making an order from door dash. They said they'd bring it up and continued helping the customer in line. Which was understandable. While they were packaging the customers order we decided to order ourselves some ice cream and water while we waited. They didnt seem at all happy to be helping us. We noticed they had shown the prior customer their cookies before closing the box and thought they'd do the same for us. Instead they just handed us the closed box. In doing so our order was given to us incorrectly, i didnât even bother going in to have them change it. They seemed very unwilling to help us and very snobby. My friend suggested them because of their cookies and ice cream and they didn't live up to the hype I thought the cute shop would have. I truly believe they thought we were doordash workers and that why they treated us the way they did. Even then they should have seemed more willing to help or greet us...
Read moreCookies are good. Expensive, very expensive, but good. Giving a lower rating because I ordered online, over an hour in advance, and the cookies were not ready; I had to wait 5-10 mins for someone to notice me, to be told I'd have to wait at least 15 more minutes because of 2 of the 12 cookies (nearly $40!) I ordered were not yet available (yet as I waited, I watched them give the same cookies flavor to folks in the walk-in line!). There was no apology or offer to make it up to me. I don't usually mind waiting for fresh cookies, but I expect to be alerted beforehand that the order could take longer than expected when I order well in advance. The issue was I had ordered in advance to get them quickly because I was on a tight deadline to deliver these cookies to a passerby school bus of high school athletes headed home from state softball. When asked if I could at least get a free cookie for the inconvenience, the "manager" told me, "we can't just give away free cookies," followed by excuses that they are busy and yadda yadda. Then the manager allowed one of the offering kid employees to give me the free cookie he got for the day. What the heck! Do better, Crumbl! I will not be going back there. It is not worth it for no customer service and desire to satisfy customers with whom they missed the mark and are paying gold for a...
Read moreLast Wednesday, 6/12/24, my boyfriend and I had gone in to pick up an online order. It was just a single cookie for my dad for fatherâs day. We got it gift wrapped and wrote a note with it as well. Unfortunately, their printer was down, so we werenât able to get the note put on it. (No worries, things happen, and we simply opted to just write on the box instead.) However, the girl at the counter was extremely rude in the way she let us know and interacted with us in general. She didnât make eye contact with us once, let alone even look at us. Didnât even make sure it was our order. She simply slammed the box on the counter and mumbled âunfortunately our printer is down, have a nice dayâ in the most impolite manner and tone of voice and then huffed as she walked away. I understand we all have bad days, but this has been a reoccurring experience for us at the Casper location, and specifically with this girl in particular. Definitely not a good experience for us, awful service. Cookie was wonderful- and they always are! But it doesnât seem worth it to be treated like crap every time youâre in there. Extremely unprofessional and I know for a fact not the kind of atmosphere crumbl would be proud of. Iâm aware of this girlâs name, but because I am not that kind of person, I will keep it out of this review. She needs to do...
